Werkt prima en als je het ff niet meer weet is de klantenservice altijd bereikbaar en helpt je direct.
Ik kan VPN Unlimited zeker aanbevelen.

Using this service on all my devices (6) for many years now, and never had any major issues with it. Yes, sometimes it takes a little time to connect and it has problems with UK streaming sites. However, there are workarounds for most problems, you only have to ask the customer service team. Whenever I contacted them I got a swift and helpful response. Other IT companies could learn from them.

The response time to any questions is 1st class and more or less instant..

I have been using KeepSolid VPN Unlimited since the early days... 2015, in fact. At the time, I thought that if it worked for a year, it was good value for money. To my astonishment, the service just became better and better, is updated regularly, and now is faster and more reliable than those that my friends use today. This week, I needed to transfer my 9 year-old account to a new email address. Alexander and the Customer Support Team assisted me in less than a minute! They were curteous, keen to help and communicated promptly. Just remember to keep that original email confirming registration :). These levels of service and support are impossible to find these days. The KeepSolid folks stand behind their product. It goes without saying that I recommend KeepSolid without any hesitation.

Good app. The customer support is on another level they always respond really fast with super clear instruction to any issues you might be facing. The price is very good compared to other vpn services. Nothing bad to say about vpn unlimited. I would highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about KeepSolid. It takes a few adjustments to get used to it, but what technology doesn't, really ? And the very few times I had to get in touch with the costumer service, it's been to find out how reactive and efficient these guys are.

Any service will eventually change depending on the environment, and it may be difficult for users to keep up with the changes.
It is the responsibility of customer support to bridge this gap, and VPN Unlimited's support was very satisfactory.

Recently changed my VPN to this company with a lifetime subscription. Todate they've proven to be exceptionally reliable and efficient with no outages. They continue to update their web site which only enhances their dedication to clients requirements. I would highly recommend them to any prospective client when considering a VPN service.

You don't make it very obvious that you charge for the service immediately. and make it impossible the actualy cancel the account or download. You need reporting for spamming

I had a problem and wrote to support. They answered immediately and walked me through the fix.
I have a lifetime subscription and the VPN works great.

Your support team answered my query immediately with several suggestions to get me up and running again. Great customer service Thankyou for being there when people like me get lost

This is a great VPN service. I have been using it for a few months now and it has been very reliable. They are generally pretty responsive when it comes to customer support (fixed an issue I had with one of their servers in a week!) They say they have zero log policy, but it would be nice to have an independent audit done. Also the app appearance could do with a makeover. But other than that, highly reccommend it.

After Chrome update Browser extension stopped working. I contacted support and was provided a solution very quickly and with codes instruction and feedback. Excellent service.
This app and program work well on both handheld and PC, the browser extension makes using it when needed very easy
