I was a bit late in purchasing my carry-on luggage and was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time for my trip. Immediately after placing my order, I contacted Voyage Luggage, and they responded promptly with an update that my item had already shipped. They even kept an eye on the tracking information and followed up regarding its delivery status.

I truly didn't expect that level of customer service, but they went above and beyond to ensure I had peace of mind. Because of this experience, I would absolutely purchase from Voyage Luggage again for my future travel needs.

The customer service team was wonderful and ensured my luggage was delivered on time before my 3-week international trip. The Antler trunk arrived in perfect condition. It's stylish and functional -- the square shape makes it easier to roll around than the flatter and wider large suitcases I have owned prior, and the compression cubes will help me fit more things inside.
