This is a review of the great customer service I received from Voyage. I bought a piece of luggage from Voyage, and after taking only one trip, it developed a crack. I reached out to customer service and they facilitated an extremely smooth process of activating the manufacturer warranty to order a replacement, and ultimately returning that replacement for a refund. I appreciate their care!

I had never purchased from Voyage Luggage so I didn't know what to expect but shortly after ordering online, I was contacted by Peter via email. He wanted to verify my address and let me know when my luggage would ship and said he would track the order. He followed up with me to let me know when it shipped and after it was delivered. I really appreciated the personal attention and professionalism of Peter. It felt like he wanted me to have a flawless, positive experience and I did. The luggage is just what I wanted. I would definitely order from Voyage again.

This was my first purchase with Voyage. I needed a light but sturdy travel backpack. I purposely bought it to keep as a survival bag, in which I will keep my personal items in case of an emergency.
I will put it to the test in early August for a short vacation.
Love the color just wish it had larger wheels.

Great fast Customer Service

I ordered a High Sierra bag that after I ordered realized that I was no longer in need of. Peter and others from Voyage Luggage were extremely responsive when I let them know and made quick arrangements for me to ship the bag back to them and issued my refund promptly. Much appreciated and will definitely use them again if I am in need of luggage.

Purchased multiple NOMATIC and Bellroy items. Voyage was the best pricing by far (way better than amazon). I ended up keeping the Bellroy Check-in and carry on and returning the NOMATIC carry on. Return process was extremely easy. Voyage will be my first go to every time I need luggage or travel accessories. Customer service was great.

Peter was amazing! The wrong colored backpack arrived, and he held our hand the whole way with the return and making sure that we got the color that we wanted. Excellent customer service!

I had a great experience with Voyage Luggage. Unfortunately, I had to return a Samsonite Spinner Mobile Office bag that I purchased, but the issue was not with Voyage Luggage or the product itself. The package was left exposed to heavy rain by FedEx, which damaged the box upon delivery.
Throughout the entire process, Peter from Voyage Luggage was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. He maintained excellent communication via email, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the return process completely seamless and stress-free.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. I would not hesitate to purchase from Voyage Luggage again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer support.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service department. I mistakenly ordered the wrong color. They quickly processed my exchange and followed up until I received the new piece of luggage in the correct color.
