The returns policy does not indicate that we would have to pay for international shipping (their given address is in Denver, CO), but when I contacted them to return a coat that I bought (and found it not matching the photo or description and was in fact very tacky looking and feeling), they offered me 30% discount on my next purchase (LOL!!!) and suggested the international shipping might cost too much. I would give this website and business less than a 1 Star.

NOT QUILTED. Worth about $20 or $25, max, not $60. Seems like something you'd buy at walmart, not a boutique.

Not a total scam but very misleading.

The ad stated that it was quilted, it is not, and the large fits like a small. It took 10 days to arrive even though it said it was coming from Georgia, it did not, it came from someplace overseas (probably China). It fits like a girls large, not a ladies large. So disappointing.

The coat I ordered was cheap quality polyester. Something you could order from temu at a fraction of the price! The full refund is a joke. There is a $20 restocking fee and you pay to return the item to an address in China! The cost of returning is prohibitive. Oh they did offer a 30% discount on another item in the store, like I want to over pay for junk I won’t wear.
Stay away from. It is a new website, I don’t believe it is a mother daughter business at all.

Do not buy from this company. Their product descriptions are misleading and incorrect. I bought a jacket where the description clearly stated that it was quilted and made of many fabrics. It was not quilted, it was a picture of a quilted fabric printed on cheap material. They also say30 days return. What they do not tell you is that it will be returned to China and you have to pay not only the postage, but the duty as well. Stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! This company and its products are à fraud. Misleading and mischaracterization of products, ridiculous return policy (costs the customer more to return than original purchase price), and sketchy delivery contractor (left product at 10:30 pm at the bottom of our driveway).

This company says they're in Newport. They describe a quilted, lined, festive garments. You'll receive a garment that has the tag chopped down to just "made in China" no laundering directions or type of fabric and it has a strong chemical smell! Its super thin, no quality top layer and liner. Its a pull over hood, no quilting like they claim when they say you'll "feel the quality". There is no quality and the chemical smell makes it unbearable for me to ever wear.
I asked for a refund and was told I have to pay for return shipping! Not to Newport in the USA, but to Chhina! If I paid that they take an additional $20.00 US dollars for restocking this defective, misrepresented item. THEN THEY MAY GIVE YOU A 30% CREDIT TO USE IN THEIR STORE!!
This is another SCAMMER site. Please don't waste your money buying anything Vivian and Pearl sells. I'm a disabled senior who was looking to stay alittle warmer this winter. I cant even wear this stinky mess!

Switch and bait scammer. PHISHING SCAM WILL SET UP A MONEY TRANSFER COMPANY FOR YOU, DO NOT GIVE ANYONE A SIX DIGIT CODE EVER. NEVER LET ANYONE SET A PASSWORD FOR YOU. THEY DO THIS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. REPORT THIS to your credit card company. Take a picture of what is advertised on the website vs. what you get. Credit cards won't like this scam. They advertise on their websitse vivianandpearl.com that the sweatshirts are "quilted cotton" but when you get it it doesn't even have a label and it's made of printed polyester. Sweat shop product. Total SCAM. FALSE ADVERTISING ON WEBSITE. Have filed a report with my credit card company. Am assuming credit cards will shut them down. Website was recently registered in July 2026. Website built and then scam in process September 2026, delivered October 2026. Notice reviews don't go prior to end of September. Spread the word! Reported the page to Facebook as FRAUD. A second "customer complaint" facebook page was set up only 4 days ago. This scam started around the end of September.

The jacket I purchased was a screen printed cheap fabric instead of a pieced higher quality item. When I asked to return it, they offered me 20% store credit, followed by 50% store credit. If I still wanted to return it, I would need to pay to ship it back to Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province in China, plus a $20 restocking fee, in addition to navigating customs. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence, but hopefully this review will save someone else from my experience.

I bought a hoodie that was beautiful in the photo. It looked like a quilted mountain scene with a beautiful sun shining in the middle. When it arrived, I was so disappointed. It wasn't quilted at all; it was a picture of the scene on a thin, polyester feeling cheap hoodie. I contacted the business and wanted to do a return, which most companies are happy to do. Not this company, sure you can return it, if you want to pay for shipping (to China) and a $20 restocking fee. Do not do business with this company. It's not worth the headache and disappointment!

I ordered a Bohemian coat. Company claimed to be in Newport, RI but the tracking showed China. The coat arrived and was nothing like the picture. Cheap printed polyester design. I am so disappointed 😞. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Ok- I wish I had done some research before ordering!
The description said “cotton “ and “quilted”. It was 100% polyester with a printed on design- no quilting whatsoever,
It looks and feels cheap.
The colors are pretty and the fit is ok. I have no doubt returning would be a nightmare so I’ll keep and chalk it up to a lesson definitely learned!

This site is a complete lie. I paid 60.00 for what appeared and was described as a quilted beautiful hoodie. It came. It is cheap polyester with a screen printed design. It’s the ugliest thing and I wouldn’t pay 2.00 for it at a garage sale. Buyer beware. I can return it if I want to pay for the ‘restocking fee’ and return it to China.

Vivianandpearl promptly responded and were most helpful. I highly recommend their business relationship. I look forward to writing another review on receipt of the sweatshirt I ordered.

BUYER BEWARE- there is no quilting involved. I received 2 colorful polyester hoodies that could have come from any store. I didn't mind paying for the extra craftsmanship, but I didn't receive it. A 30% credit toward future purchase is ludicrous because I would never even consider purchasing. Clever marketing designed to deceive,

I am always cautions ordering from a Facebook Ad but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Amanda Wildflower Quilted Hoodie and I absolutely love it. The colors are brighter than they show on line and it is so soft and warm. If you are on the fence don't hesitate. Now the only issue is what to order next. I think the Tabitha Cat Coat. You won't be disappointed - Order Now!

Damn. Should have read reviews first! Trying to cancel my order within a few hours of placing it. Funds were already withdrawn. Will report back.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
I purchased a quilted hoodie that they advertise for $59.95, 80% off of the original $299 price. What a crock!! It’s made of cheap polyester and
if I would have known I wouldn't have even paid $10 for this cheap looking hoodie that they advertise as quilted. It is not a local company as they perceive to be. On their website they state they’ve been in business for 20 years and their website has only been up for a few months. Everything is shipped from China and shipping takes about 15 days. NEVER AGAIN! SO MISLEADING!! Do not order from this company! Stay away! I learned my lesson the hard way.

I ordered the “quilted” hoody described as quilted and cotton and it was a cheap polyester photo of a quilt. The cardigan had a very pretty print but very cheap fabric and zipper. The jacket is also polyester with a printed photo although it is fleece lined. Their return policy is a $20 per item charge plus shipping to China at your cost! Do not order!

UPDATE NOTE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW AFTER THEIR TRUSTPILOT REPLY: I had to send pictures to them along with an explanation which was done. They said I could send it back " in accordance with our return policy for a refund to your original payment method" but it isn't worth the high mailing charge to China to return it . They also said I could instead have 50% off any additional item instead of a refund - I would never order anything else from them because I know it would not be as shown or described. Buyer beware!
It didn't take too long to receive but looks NOTHING like their pictures and descriptions. Although they are smart with descriptions keeping them somewhat generic so they could fit what they are selling without being honest. The "sweater" isn't a sweater. It's a cheap one piece printed polyester cloth that has a flower allover "quilting" technique. It doesn't have a "warm cream lining" - it's simply the back of the printed cloth. I should have known better and for a retiree living on social security, even their 50% discount was a real stretch of my budget. VERY disappointed.
