Wish I had read the reviews here before buying 2 of their quilted bohemian jackets. I will NEVER buy anything advertised on FB again.

Photos were gorgeous, backstory was inspiring and commentary about making winter coats that are bright, colorful and excellent for plus sizes actually damped down my scam spotter.

Sizes go by bust size and promise that the item hangs straight to give you room. Well, I went up a size because I have a tummy and then another size because I like to wear sweaters under my coat.

So instead of a 2x, I tried a 3X and a 4X. Could not get the 3X on and the 4X looked like an old sweatshirt that got nowhere near my thighs, as promised, and this was over my bare skin.

Quality is cheap. There is no quilting, just a really ugly picture printed on cheap material. The pictures were beautiful....but the product in person, is garish and not at all attractive.

Guess I will be contesting charges with my credit card company and see if I can get these things on the slow boat back to China.

SO embarrassed and ashamed I fell for this scam. I guess I really am a gullible old lady.

Stamped design on cheap fabric. Not quilted. Not worth refund due to price of shipping back. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a quilted jacket in my regular size from what I thought was a USA producer. I received a Sweater with printed pattern. I can tell they are not going to do anything to right the issue but offer a house credit and no refund to my credit card. Postage back to China is
ridiculous. I offered to return to their office but they only want you to send back to China. I am reporting to my credit card company. I will not trust ads on FB no matter how great the product looks.

I ordered two “quilted cotton” hoodies. What got was polyester junk that wasn’t even cut or sewn correctly. Will try to get a return but not counting on it…..

"offered" a 100% cotton quilted goodie. i received a polyester/spandex piece of crap. no return policy. lesson learned.

This company deserves zero stars. I ordered a “quilted-through” Rhealyn cotton hoodie. The description said it was actually quilted and not a printed on graphic. The photos are gorgeous. What I received was a cheap knock-off with a quilt graphic printed on shiny polyester fabric. I contacted them asking for a refund and went back and forth as they offered up to 50% of the hoodie value as a store credit or to send it back to China for a full refund. The postage would have eaten up most of what I originally spent. I alerted my credit card company. And then I sent my final email to Vivian and Pearl to demand a full refund without returning the hoodie because they had obviously sent me the wrong garment OR they were guilty of a bait and switch scam. They refunded my purchase price in full.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I realized too late that the product I ordered from Vivian and Pearl Newport was not the item I received. I got a cheap printed polyester version of a coat that was shown as a woven item, and it fit really weirdly. When I initiated a return and refund, I also discovered that his company is NOT a cozy little family business in Newport but actually is in China. The cost to return my item was more than the amount I paid for the item. They "generously" offered me a 30% discount if I ordered something else instead but why would I want another cheap polyester printed ugly thing that I would never wear? I am disappointed, angry and frustrated. I saw their ad on Facebook and cannot seem to find a way to report this company as fraudulent. I know I should never have orderd from a company that I have not vetter and I will never make that mistake again. Meanwhile, there is no guarantee that any of my money would be returned, even if I paid to return it to China.

Purchased Sunburst hoodie on 9/28/26. It was advertised as a quilted sweatshirt, It arrived on 10/14/26, 16 days!! Another Surprise! It was a polyester stamped print that I would never wear. For $60 I expected a quality sweatshirt coming from a US manufacturer. I need Help in returning the sweatshirt within the 30 days. I would like a refund of $59.95 in US currency in a mont

The descriptions are ALL LIES. The company was started earlier this year, and is a total SCAM. The items are photographs screen-printed on slick, cheap polyester with a "faint plastic feel." They are NOT "quilted through." They are NOT cotton. The tag on my hoodie says 95% polyester 5% Elastane. Gross! The return policy asks you to pay to ship it to China and deducts a $20 restocking fee!

Do not buy from this company. Scammers. Bought what was supposed to be quilted jacket but turned out to be polyester cheap material, definitely not as advertised. Return policy a joke.

Very misleading advertising. I was extremely disappointed in the jacket I received and immediately asked for permission to return. Although they represent themselves as an American firm, Vivian and Pearl, Newport. the packaging, label and quality, as well as the only way to get a refund to pay to send back to China indicates they are a Chinese firm.

SCAM - This is NOT a real clothing retailer. It's a Chinese company out to scam you out of your money. PLEASE if you paid with a credit card, dispute the charge with your credit card company until the cows come home. Do not let them keep your money. The merchandise is very low quality polyester with a printed PHOTO of quilting on the fabric. It's barely worth what it cost them to ship it via GOFO to you. They completely refuse to let you return it to where it was shipped from (Mine: California) or their HQ in Colorado. The return shipping is around $32 and restocking is $20. Even IF they "approve" your return, which they will not, you'd still be out $52 for nothing.
Additionally, they changed their return policy on October 3, 2026 to now state returns must go to China - previously it just said "international."
I have filed complaints with the FTC and the Colorado Attorney General. I hope others will too.

Cheaply made polyester fabric. Not quilted cotton. Poor workmanship. Don't buy from Vivian and Pearl.

I also was misled by pictures that appeared to be of a quilted jacket. When is was actually a printed pattern. Very poor quality. They also offered me a discount to another product of theirs. When i refused they gave me return information to China at my own cost. Absolutely scammed me. Shame in them. Im giving it to Goodwill. Lesson learned.

I purchased a hooded zip-up jacket that appeared to be a cotton quilted jacket. It was not. It was polyester. I contacted Vivien and Pearl and asked for a refund. I was advised they would give a percentage of my purchase ($64.95) as a store credit. Sadly, I thought I had done my due diligence, but later found Newport was a front and the product comes from Japan. There other option for a refund was a full refund, but I had to pay shipping to Japan. The prices for shipping to Japan ranged from $23.00 to $62.00. Bottom line - poor quality product, misleading photos of product, misleading information about company. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I sure wish I had read the reviews of your products and company policy before I spent good money on a total crap item. I will definately be spreading the word that what you see is absolutely not what you get. Lesson learned on my part. Scam achieved on your part.

Ordered a jacket that was advertised on Facebook. Ad clearly stated that jacket was quilted, and the lines were not printed on. Received jacket and it is NOT quilted - lines are printed. I reached out to customer service and copied and pasted their ad. They denied the wording and told me that I could return for a refund. Item has to be returned to China! Shipping would cost more than the jacket. Shame on this company and shame on Facebook for allowing these companies to rip off its subscribers.

The quality of the clothing is awful. There are no tags stating the fabric content or any laundry instructions. I tried to return the items, but I would have to pay for shipping to China and a re-stocking fee, and that's not cheap. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Buyer Beware! Poor quality and terrible return policy that requires returning to an address in China for MORE than the item’s original cost. UPS estimated > $100 for a $60 hoodie. Never again!

Not legitimate! Cheap polyester with printed image - not quilted as described. Runs very small and took weeks to receive because it was coming from China. Don’t waste your money.
