Si hubiera -5 estrellas está compañía se la ganaba, compré mi ticket desde hace más de un mes y ayer me aparece que el vuelo fue cambiado por razones fuera de su alcance, me cambian el vuelo el día y la hora que ellos quieren.

The ladies who work at the airport in Cancun for this airline were so rude. They were asking for additional paperwork and permits to travel with in Mexico that are not required. When we asked for additional information they refused to clarify as to why we needed them. We gave them our passport and a notarized letter as my son was traveling with my mom, they said that was not good enough. The documents that they wanted it was for a minor traveling alone with Mexican citizenship. My son was not traveling alone and is a USA citizen so we did not see the need for that.
They made threats to my mom and said we still had to.

I had a flight BOGOTA - HOUSTON and they canceled the flight without notification

He viajado con Viva y mi experiencia a sido ni bueno ni mala. Pero en mi ultima reservacion, pesimo servicio via Whatsapp. Las respuestas no son concretas y no te brindan ayuda ni solucion alguna (hablando con un agente) y tardan muchisimo para responder, mas de 10 minutos. De la nada te cierran el chat sin anticipacion alguna y sin resolver nada. Quiero seguir mi conversacion y tengo que volver desde zero a pedir un agente. Y volvemos a lo mismo. Pareciera que es solo 1 pregunta por chat.

Le 26/06/2025 à 9h15 j etais agresser par une femme agent à la Porte des bus , la scene à Paris quand je Volais passer le fil, une aggression verbal devant TT le Monde, cette femme renoi m a provoquer Elle est venue vers moi en me criant je Lui demander de me parler calmement Elle m a repondu ok je TE parle comme je veux , Elle est approcher de moi Elle essaie de me provoquer, c est une personne malade comme Elle pouvait laissez une personne travaille avec UN comportment

comme ça ??? Elle m a interdit de monter dans le bus et eux labas ILS se protegent entre eux meme quand j ai appeler la police, je vais prendre UN avocat pour l attaquer à la justice ça c est Sur, pour que la prochaine fois que Elle fasse pas ça avec Les autres gens , et ce n est pas la 1 ere fois que Elle fait des problemes avec Les gens d apres 2 chauffeur de taxi mon confirmé que je ne suis pas la seule personne et que souvent Elle provoque des gens.

Je vous promis que je vais porter plainte et que ça va partir encore trés trés loin je vais parler avec Mon avocat attaquer la societe aerobus car Elle la protege. Je vais laissez cette affairs passe comme ça.

He viajado mucho en mi vida y Viva Aerobus es sin duda la peor aeroliena que me tocó conocer. Todo mal. No se salva absolutamente nada.

Todo fatal los vuelos súper retrasados perdieron las maletas y a los 3 días me las regresaron ósea que horrible experiencia.. en el regreso a mi ciudad también pasó lo mismo. No tienen organización ni orden, ni ganas de darte una buena impresión les vale cacahuate a ellos. De verdad si tiene que viajar no vuele con viva aerobús 🙏 no lo haga

Fatal aerolínea, te cancelan los vuelos o te los reestructuran a sus conveniencias (por su sobreventa) y se esconden en sus políticas de cancelación de vuelos por clima o condiciones operacionales, pero es un fraude, te dicen que se canceló el vuelo y no es cierto sólo rellenan las rutas menos vendidas, es la única aerolínea que te mueven de hora o fecha sin tu consentimiento, fatal no volveré a viajar jamás por esta aerolínea, no es la primera vez que me sucede, solo que la otra vez creí en lo que me dijeron, pero esta vez no les creo. SOBREVENDEN Y LUEGO NO TE RESPETAN TU VUELO.

We tried to fly Miami to MEX and Viva left their check-in gate early making us miss our flight and pay $624.00.
We are currently in dispute with our credit card company.
We even purchased their "Insurance" which they denied as we didn't call more than 2 hours before our flight.
How were we supposed to cancel when we got to the airport 2 hours before our flight and their staff was not at the check-in gate?
Fraudulent airline do not travel with them

No pierdan oportunidad de viajar en viva, primera y última vez que viajo en esa aerolínea, mi destino era llegar a Morelia alas 5am, me cancelaron mi vuelo, hasta las 9am, todavía me salen que el vuelo es con escala y llegar a mis destino hasta las 3 de la tarde, mucha pérdida de tiempo, a ellos no les importa, mientras hacía línea, una trabajadora de viva muy grosera con otro cliente, el cliente en toda razón y la mujer muy grosera muy mal carácter, no gasten su dinero en esta aerolínea, no recomendable

We were going to Mexico city from Toronto and we bought our connection flight with Viva from Tulum to Mexico city on Jan 15, 2025, flight No was VB 7163 . The flight was cancelled without notice to us. No representatives at Tulum airport to help us when we got there. Had to go Cancun Airport (Viva has representative there) by taxi and purchased a new air ticket for next day from Viva representative. Stayed at airport over night with no hotel, no food, no help at all.
Worst of all, they refused to pay any compensation for our additional cost incurred when we made a claim from them.
Worst experience we ever had!

Hace dos meses que volé con esta pésima aerolínea de aerobús de Vero bus en el transcurso de llegar a la ciudad de Tijuana, llegué a bandas y mi maleta no estaba en la en la banda, me informaron que otra persona posiblemente se llevó mi maleta y que esa persona había dejado su maleta, ahí que iban a hacer una investigación para poder Agarrar mi maleta regresarme mi maleta, he ido cuatro veces al aeropuerto para hablar con representantes de esta aerolínea que en verdad pésimo su servicio, me avisan que van a hacer una investigación que están conduciendo una investigación y cada que regreso no han investigado absolutamente nada, no tienen un servicio de recompensa porque ellos son responsables por tu maleta. A mí nadie me garantiza que la maleta se la llevó otra persona, es solamente su palabra de ellos al valor de mis pertenencias, aparte de sus cosas personales, es un valor de arriba de 30,000 pesos con cosas de trabajo, vine aquí a la ciudad de Tijuana para trabajar y en mi maleta se perdió mis objetos, no me han ofrecido una recompensa, la verdad no huelen con esta compañía, no tienen servicio muy muy pésimo la verdad

My partner tried to get one of the HSBC mileage cards. We never heard a thing until several months later, and they suddenly called to say that the card was being delivered. We tried for two hours on the phone to activate the card, and were told that we would have activate it at the bank. We spent 45 minutes activating at the bank and still had to wait 48 hours for it to actually be activated. Then VivaAerobus would not honor the freebies that came with the new card, so we had to cancel it. I am not sure which of the two companies is worse.

I paid a change of flight. I had a seat in the plane. Employees lost a lot of time on the phone, made me pay for the change and made me lose the flight, saying that it was too late after the closing of the check-in. Losing this flight, I lost another Viva flight and had to pay another flight change, to get to the final destination, which moreover made me lose the opportunity to visit Guadalajara, and I had to spend a day at the airport AIFA instead. All in all, it's simply a triple theft. Should I recommend Viva. Never, and never again. Can you imagine? Departure at the forward flight was delayed 1 hour. They made me lose the return flight with the delay they themselves produced on purpose, to oblige me to pay for another flight change, I should take the day after! On top of this, all seats in Viva planes are totally uncomfortable, a pain on the ass.

Booked and paid the flight, but didnt get a seat assigned to me. Never made the flight as it was overbooked, and missed my other flight back home. Had to buy enterly new tickets to get home for $1300, and probably wont get anything back from this shitty company

Cancelled flight 2 days prior with no reason why...
Refunded between 10-15 days...
Voucher for next time I want to fly with them. Why would I fly with such an unreliable company every again?
The voucher doesnt even cover the loss of money that I have to book a flight with another company at such short notice.

DANGEROUS - Do not take this airline if you travel to Mexico !

- 1st one : they ripped apart my suitcase for no reason. I had to spend hours on the phone to get some reimbursement (vouchers for the same airline…)
- 2nd one : ok
- 3rd one : they did over-booking, and kept us from checking-in online.
Not a single apology on their side, they just said we needed to go to the gate and wait. We’re now stuck in Monterrey with no way of housing or anything, this is very scary.

Primera vez que vuelo con Viva, saliendo desde el aeropuerto Santa Lucía de CdMx (AIFA). (Me gustó ese nuevo aeropuerto) Despegue muy puntual, el avión un Airbus 360 con asientos cómodos y con espacio normal. La atención para recibir maletas bien, el personal amable. Personal de cabina, amable y profesional. Utilicé la App en mi celular y funcionó bien, se respetó todo lo prometido. Creo que si duda volvería a volar con Viva.

No es una empresa seria cancelan los vuelos y no reembolsan son unos rateros párese camión de rancho servicio pesimo
