Realicé una reservación de vuelo y…

Realicé una reservación de vuelo y hotel desde CDMX a Chicago. Me cobraron más de $24,000 y al momento me llegó un correo de la confirmación de la reservación. Momentos después me llegó un correo de reservación cancelada. Al marcar a la aerolínea se lavaron las manos y dijeron que a ellos no les aparecía el pago, ni mi reservación y que tenía que resolverlo con mi banco. Al día de hoy han pasado más de 20 días y ni me han devuelto mi dinero. Nunca volveré a comprar algo de esta compañía.

Worst company on earth

Worst company on earth. Always delaye and their employees are thieves!! They opened mine and several other passengers checked bags and stole our items! Worst people on earth!

They are thieves

They are thieves. My mother had a 5am flight from MX to Chicago. The agent informed her that her baggage had an additional cost of $1600. After my mother asked him to confirm if he was sure it was USD and not pesos, he confirmed. My mother was obviously upset and called them thieves. He told her he was going to remove her from their system and told her to leave. My mother was forced to miss her flight and pay over $1000 to secure a ticket with United. After contacting customer service, they refused to refund the money for the flight. Will never use them again. I booked through Expedia, they were no help.

Aerolínea Estafadora

No les recomiendo en lo absoluto viajar con esta estafadora Aerolínea. Les he estado solicitando un reembolso al cual por ley tengo derecho y no lo hacen. Mañosamente tienen sus medios de atención a clientes de modo que ellos tengan el control, no dan la cara ni se hacen responsables. Su inteligencia artificial es una basura, por teléfono solo según te canalizan al área pero ya después no responden y en el portal de atención a tickets no responden y los cierran arbitrariamente.

I do not recommend this airline

I do not recommend this airline. I purchased round-trip tickets; the outbound journey went smoothly, but the return trip was a disaster. When I printed my ticket at the airport, everything had changed: the flight was no longer direct—I had to transfer in another city—and instead of taking three and a half hours, the journey lasted 12 hours. I couldn't believe it, and there was nothing I could do at that moment; they never notified me of any changes.

EMAILED AND SENT VIA WHATSAPP..ALL…

EMAILED AND SENT VIA WHATSAPP..ALL IGNORED ! We were told to change flights from our flight on 8-07-26 to 8-08-26. See attached.

I am out $91 for hotel
$129 for food
$456 from missing my work

I need reimbursement. The vivo rep at airport ( next to our rep who told us no ) was awful and said this situation didn't exist and told me I would need to buy a new ticket. I got a supervisor to help and waiting 45 min to get approved to get on flight. This is all unacceptable. I demand reimbursement or two new round trip tickets.

SENT MANY TIMES SEE THE ABOVE ON WHATSAPP AND EMAIL. IGNORED CALLED MANY TIMES. NO ONE PICKS UP. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE! PAT EXTRA CASH. I ALMOST GOT SCREWED AT THE AIRPORT IN CDMX BY THE MOST RUDE LADY AT THEIR CHECK IN.

I HAD TO BEG TO HAVE A MANAGER HELP.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would give less than 1 star if I could. My husband was denied boarding after waiting in line for over 90minutes. He was told he missed the check in deadline by 5minutes. Horrible customer service, refused to provide any assistance, denied requests to speak to a supervisor.
Never book with this airline. Its a waste of your money

The airline changed my flight without…

The airline changed my flight without my consent and to a flight 2 days after my scheduled day. Offered no reimbursement or refund. First flight was delayed for 2 hours. Save your stress save your money and do not fly with this airline.

Round trip San Antonio to Mexico City

Round trip San Antonio to Mexico City, departing no issues, return flight luggage weighed the same as departure yet I was told I only prepaid for 13 kilos (I was never told I had an option) and being the return flight I expected no issues; however, Viva made me pay for luggage again! I was on hold for over one our , could not get past Mia their AI representative

Vuelo demorado por mantenimiento, el personal seco nisiquiera son empaticos su respuesta les damos un vale de 300 pesos por alimentos siendo las 11 de la noche con los restaurantes cerrados , nadie se acercó, nadie nos explicó nada tenemos que preguntar una experiencia horrorosa no vuelvo a volar con viva aerobus

Viva cannot be trusted with checked in…

Viva cannot be trusted with checked in luggage. On a flight from Mexico City ti Oaxaca my bag returned with clasps opened that were securely fastened when the bag was handed over. I was lucky that the contents weren’t lost. A zip that was fully closed returned half closed with prescription drugs missing. It’s clear my bag was opened and searched and not closed properly. Viva’s baggage handlers are either incompetent or thieves, either way, they can’t be trusted.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, my flights were cancelled without sending any notifications or emails about any changes. I called and the costumer service agent could not tell us any information to why the flight was cancelled. Only the status. He said “I know this isn’t a good answer and it’s not what you want to hear but I don’t know what to tell you, the system is not showing any other information.” There were no other flights available, and my only option was to get a refund. Even then, he said that the refund will go through in 10 days. And I “should” get a confirmation email in 24hours but might not receive one at all. Might NOT??!! If I don’t receive a confirmation email I need to call again and give them the reservation code from the flight.

Viva charged my card erroneously

Booked a flight with Viva in July. Five months later they mysteriously charged my card again twice. Will not pick up phone to deal with disputed charges, no way to dispute the charges on their website, and am still waiting for refunds. Scammers: their webpage is not secure.

agent tried to charge $100 for a 'bilingual agent fee' which doesn't exist

the website would not let me change my flight, kept giving me an error message, so I finally called the customer service number after trying 4 times with the same error message on two different devices. The person on the phone was rude from the start, then asked me if I had tried it on the app. I said no and said to do that. I said well it took me a long time to get to you, so if you could help me first that would be great. He kept trying to speak over me and say I was supposed to use the app. Then he said it would be a $50-$100 fee to get help from a bilingual agent (which he was), but if I was fine with that, then he would help me. I told him he was being rude, and responded by telling me that was 'my first warning.' It was astonishing. I've lived in Mexico and my Spanish is okay but I wanted to make sure I got this right in English. He was trying to scam me I guess. The app didn't work to change my flight, by the way.

PESIMO SERVICIO

Mala comunicación, los empleados son groseros y desatentos e informan incorrectamente a los usuarios y luego no brindan soluciones como si uno como pasajero les estuviera pidiendo algo regalado.

Espero nunca tener que volver a usar ese horrible servicio.

If I could give them a 0, I would. What a nightmare. We had a wedding to attend in May, so I planned ahead since I have a family of six. I booked our trip months in advance to ensure we could sit together and leave at the times we wanted/needed to. Two months before our trip, in March, I get an email indicating that our returning flight was moved from 8 pm to 7 am - 11 hours earlier than we planned. This meant they were cutting our trip by a day and expecting us to either drive in the middle of the night - which wasn’t going to happen, or book a hotel. Then, while trying to figure out how to get a partial refund, which I was arguing about because they wouldn’t give me a break down of what the amount they were giving me back entailed, my departing flight also changed. This one changed from 12 am to 11 am - 11 hours later, meaning losing another day. It was a 6 day trip that they changed into a 4 day trip. Upon requesting a full refund a lot of shady things happened - the last four digits of the credit card they were going to refund did not match, I input the digits directly myself and I was charged accordingly; I was hung up on numerous times; I was asked for my bank information; I had to email a bank statement; ten days passed and I called back, they asked for the same information again and said the last rep did not input the information or get me to the right department. I’m still waiting for my money. I lost my trip. I can’t attend the wedding. The money spent on lodging and wedding attire, gone. I will NEVER fly with them. I will NEVER recommend them. I hope people read this and make the right choice, do NOT travel with Viva.

Alletiders oplevelse

Alletiders oplevelse. Vi havde nogle bagageproblemer som de løste uproblematisk. Vi bad om at komme lidt frem i flyet pga kort connection flight, hvilket de gjorde. Og endelig - de serverede vand og snacks på selv korte flyvninger. Super service for et lavprisselskab
