Bonjour , je suis allé en Turquie pour faire des implants capillaires et un blanchiment dentaire .Grâce à Louiza(consultante médicale), j'ai choisi Vitta-Clinics à Isambul.Louiza a été parfaite.Elle a été un pilier et une boussole lors de cet expérience que j'appréhendais beaucoup Louiza m'a tout expliqué et rassuré sur la greffe qui m'attendais.Louiza est parfaitement Francophone, ce qui est un plus dans un pays ou on parle essentiellement Turc ou Anglais .Louiza a été aussi disponible 7j/7 et 24h/24 et cela même pendant ces jours de repos.En bref , Louiza a fait preuve d'un professionalisme incroyable .Finalement, ma greffe s'est parfaitement déroulé(4300greffons)et toute ma zone receveuse a été couverte.Pour ceux qu'ils le peuvent ,n'hésitez pas à prendre le pack doré tout compris avec hébergement en Hotel 5*, transferts, médications et kit de lotions-champoings post greffe pour 6 mois.Je remercie Vitta-clinics pour cette expérience et je les recommande vivement les yeux fermés.

Great result, excellent experience
Seline from Vitta got me to start the journey of hair implants in Istanbul, I flew from Toronto, Canada on the way there I also visited Paris, France. So before the hair implant, I enjoyed sightseeing and tasty French food.
When I arrived in Istanbul from Paris was late at night and got picked up from Istanbul airport by a luxurious Mercedes Van. The ride took about 35 minutes to Royal Stay Hotel. It was a 5-star hotel and Seline got me the luxurious suite room with tub and shower. She recommended this Royal Stay Hotel and it was an excellent hotel and location was good as well, restaurants and mall are nearby and within walking distance.
On the second day, Vitta's driver came to the hotel and drove me to the clinic, I met up with the doctor and translator Jormard.
Jormard was very patient and explained everything in detail and helped me relax all the way. During the implant, the most painful thing was the injection of the anesthetic, i was very scared of pain but after the injection, my head was numbed and did not feel any pain during the operation. The removal of the forticle took about 3 hours and we took a lunch break. After lunch, the painful anesthetic injection was for 2nd time on the implant area but it lasted only 3 minutes, so again during implantation I felt very comfortable and I fell asleep while the doctor was working on the head. The operation ended around 7 pm and it was very successful. I flew back to Toronto directly from Istanbul and today is my 12th day after the hair implant I feel good and my hair looks great as well. Seline follows through daily to make sure I am doing fine. It is the best experience and decision I have ever made in my life and I strongly recommend anyone who needs a hair implant must not wait, call saline from Vitta. Vitta is the best!! I would like to thank Seline, Jormard and the whole team from Vitta, job well done.

Lies, mistrust, misinformation and unprofessional
I had been promised 4500 grafts after they had seen my pictures and before I flew to Turkey. However, I was only given 2500 grafts. As the doctor was too busy dealing with two people in two different rooms. On the day of the surgery I was asked £250 which I had not been told about before arriving to Turkey. The staff, doctor and their agent who dealt with me were all involved in this fraud and constant lies. I was extremely upset and nearly cancelled my surgery as I was spoken to in a loud voice by the agent trying to make me extra pay £250 which I was not told about. I was extremely upset when I got told only 2500 grafts were extracted. I then had a go all of them about their lies specifically the agent who then disappeared quietly from there. The doctor then agreed to extract some more hair from my beard. And I was told 600 were extracted afterwards. I am still not sure if that was the truth as the trust had been broken by Vitta clinic staff, doctor and their Agent.
This was my second and last hair transplant surgery. I had previously gone to a different company 6 years ago who very professional. My main reason to go there this time was to have my hair transplant in my crown area. However, the back of my head about 2 inches circle area has it been done. This was my last hair transplant surgery. I had told the doctor, agent and the staff to do a good job. However, after all that my crown area has not been done properly. And I am extremely angry and upset now.
I just hope no one decides to go to this Vitta Clinic in Turkey due to their lies and misleading information.

Regarding the additional services provided, while these usually come with extra fees, we have to review the cases and decided to offer these services as complimentary gifts to patients who need them, because we committed to deliver the best results and it's been our responsibility to give you the required result upon the previous outcomes from other clinics!

Je me suis rendu à VITTA CLINIC le 22/05/24 pour une greffe de cheveux, je rien à dire ,simplement magnifique, l’assistante médicale Mira c’est d’une gentillesse, elle été toujours là pour m’aider, côté professionnel aussi personnel, elle a tout géré pour moi pendant mon séjour, la traductrice Amani pareil, toujours à l’écoute, et nous mettre complètement alaise , super gentil et toujour sur place pendent l’intervention, un gros merci aussi à toute l’équipe médicale en especial au DR Ilayda, que à réalisé la greffe exactement comme j demandé,merci les chauffeurs,et l’hôtel simplement magnifique, super petit déjeuner,bref je rien à dire just à remercié toute l’équipe, je recommande cette clinic à 100%,

Vitta Clinic is amazing
While I have searched all over for the right clinic. I came across Vitta Clinic and was intrigued by the amount of information I was provided by Sara. She was very persistent and professional even when I thought I'd go with another clinic. She did not let that stop her from still providing me with information and answering questions. What made me decide to go with Vitta Clinic was the fact that a doctor would perform the procedure and I had my own private session. The establishment is very well kept and clean, they kept their word on everything. I am going to recommend friends to come here to Vitta Clinic if they need hair transplant. I feel they are second to none and give great service for the price you pay. I can't wait to see my final results from my hair and beard transplant. Great team of professionals!

Moi j’ai subi une opération blépharoplastie donc je suis très contente un très bon résultat et quelle clinique!! le chirurgien pour moi, c’est plus un Professeur qu’un simple chirurgien, chapeau, très gentil et professionnel
Mets mon plus grand merci, va vers mademoiselle Sandra sans elle, je n’aurais jamais pu subir cette opération. c’est elle qui me l’a subjugué et je la remercie encore, parce que moi j’avais très peur de la faire, j’avais envie de la faire déjà depuis quelques années Elle m’a accompagné du début jusqu’à la fin et jusqu’à aujourd’hui une personne très humaine et qui est très à l’écoute. Bravo demoiselle Sandra, je ne vous oublierai jamais et bien sûr que je reviendrai à toute personne qui l’ai mon commentaire je vous les conseille sans aucune hésitation, une équipe géniale Bravo à vous
