I’ve just had my hair transplant here in Hair of Diamonds, and I wanted to share my experience with you.

By profession I am a Clinical Physiotherapist. Over the past three to four years, I experienced significant hair loss, which really affected my confidence. I started researching online, especially on Google and Trustpilot, looking for a reliable clinic and that’s how I came across Hair of Diamonds.

From the very beginning, everything was extremely smooth and professional. The communication started on WhatsApp with Yaseen and the team was always responsive, helpful, and clear with all the information.

I traveled from Manchester to Istanbul, and honestly, the entire journey was very well organized. They arranged all my transfers from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic, and back again , so I didn’t have to worry about anything.

The treatment itself was excellent. I want to especially thank Dr. Senem Kiran and her team for their amazing work and care throughout the process. ❤️🙌🏻
The procedure was mostly pain-free. There were just a few minutes of discomfort during ( total of 3-5 duration) the local anaesthesia injections (as expected 😬) , but after that, everything was very comfortable.

My surgery lasted around 8 to 10 hours, and during that time, they made sure I was completely at ease. I was given breaks whenever I needed them, including toilet breaks, and they provided a really nice lunch as well. Afterward, they even gave me strawberries 🍓 and chocolates 🍫 to keep my energy levels up, which was a really thoughtful touch ❤️🥰

They also provided all the necessary aftercare items, including medications and special shampoos, as part of the package, which I really appreciate. 🙌🏻

Right now, it’s been one day since my procedure, and I’m feeling great , no pain at all. I’m very excited to see the final results in the coming months.

I had a great experience at Diamonds of Hair - Istanbul. Great communication from start to finish and everything was made clear. I was looked after by Dr Cengiz and his amazing team. The procedure went nice and smoothly. I chose Diamonds of Hair has I know a number of people who came here for their surgeries and their outcomes have been great. I decided to have a mini holiday in Istanbul first so I was picked up at my hotel and taken straight to the clinic. Dr Cengiz took the time to check up on me and even came to the hotel the next day to do the first wash. I am looking forward to seeing my results but I would highly recommend Diamonds of Hair. I’d recommend getting the highest package. Huge thank you again to the team.

Second hair transplant, first with this company and the experience was much better, the surgery was done with care and detail, allowed me to make adjustments to the hairline they have drawn and worked with me to give me what I wanted. No major swelling or pain with this company as opposed to to my first hair stand plant.

Byłem w tej klinice na przeszczepie włosów i jestem mega zadowolony z obsługi oraz całego procesu przed, w trakcie oraz po zabiegu. Jeśli chodzi o szczegóły samego doradzenia w samym zakresie wyprowadzenia linii oraz rozprowadzenia graftow to było to na najwyższym poziomie profesjonalizmu i jestem mega zadowolony. W moim przypadku ubytek był zbyt duży, żeby na jednym zabiegu się zakończyło ale z efektu jestem bardzo zadowolony. Żadnych komplikacji , wszystko na najwyższym możliwym poziomie. Porównując do cen na zachodzie jakość nawet przewyższa zachodnie kliniki, mówię to z pełnym przekonaniem ponieważ anulowałem wizytę w uk i z perspektywy czasu wiem że była to dobra decyzja , nie ze względu samego wykonania pracy zespołu w Turcji, ale również mam porównanie do kolegi który mimo wszystko zdecydował się na ten zabieg w klinice w której ja zrezygnowałem

Had operation yesterday was well organized Yasin on the WhatsApp was very helpful and the office manager on the day was great. The people doing the actual procedure didn't have great english but they were able to answer questions with help. So far I would definitely recommend it can be a long day but feel good about it. Doctors seem to be perfectionists 🙏

I recently had my procedure done at DOH and I had a very good experience. Met at the airport and taken to the hotel, which was very nice, I opted for the Ramada encore hotel, which was perfect. The day of my transplant went very smoothly, picked up early at the hotel and driven to the clinic with only 2 other guys. I was very nervous leading up to my visit and also when I first arrived at the clinic, but the staff made me feel relaxed. It was around a 9 hour procedure, with plenty of toilet breaks and a lunch break, when they brought a nice meal. I fell asleep several times during my procedure, so the time seemed to pass a lot quicker. I have to give special thanks to Yassine, who was so helpful and informative for many weeks before, during and since my visit, also to Doctors Senem and Ismet who were so good and to all the other members of the team. The whole experience went very smoothly and I'm pleased that I chose DOH over all the other clinics I contacted. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Great experience with Diamonds of Hair from start to finish. Communication over WhatsApp with Yasin was clear and well organised, with all hotel, transport, and procedure details handled smoothly, which made everything stress free.

Gingis met us at the clinic on the day of the op and was really helpful throughout and both he and Dr. Sanaa spoke excellent English. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable at every stage. The procedure was done with care, and they regularly checked in on me. Food and drinks were also provided, which was a nice touch.

I’m currently on Day 2 post op and already happy with the results so far. Would definitely recommend Diamonds of Hair to anyone considering a hair transplant in Istanbul.

Could be to difficult to make the reality dreams hair transplant by WhatsApp or online without to be a little suspicious, questioning if this is real or scam to chat with someone in another country with cash money in the pocket. So in arrival we don't know until everything is organised organised by them your name listed and taxi ready to go. Accommodation hotel quality included breakfast and day after they pick you again and we goes straight to the surgery with the manager folder in hand show you the very professional staff ready to make it real. Bear with them because gonna be long ours to leave your skull fully implanted..
We have got a break meal but about nine hours done.
Manager Mr Nayip's brother very kid and professional. Don't forget to leave tips the assistance due been there with you an eternity to get finished and clean.
Back to the hotel with transfer, day after check and wash by hair foam and last day transfer again to the airport.
I would say service 5 star ⭐ no doubt.

Last week I had my transplant after around 4 months of making sure I chose the right clinic. The results looked the best out of all clinics that I researched in turkey. The rapid responses to any queries I had was great and overall my experience was 10/10. Would very highly recommend this clinic.

I recently had a hair transplant at Diamond Hair Clinic, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the experience.
From the first consultation to the end of the procedure, the organization and professionalism were excellent. The medical team explained every step clearly, which reduced my stress by at least 80–90% compared to what I expected before surgery. The procedure itself lasted several hours, but the discomfort was minimal — I would rate the pain 2 out of 10 at most.
The clinic was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff was attentive throughout the entire process. Post-operation instructions were clear and detailed, and I felt supported 100% of the time.
It’s obviously too early to judge the final result, but based on the density, placement, and overall care, my confidence in a good outcome is very high — easily 90%+.
