I had a good experience them. Yasmin along with Marie was very helpful and supportive during the whole journey. The doctor Citin was very nice and professional. He was attentive to details and understanding. All of them made the journey wonderful.

Very dodgy, PLEASE AVOID . Horrible experience , totally unacceptable. They have messed up my scalp. After 2 months i still have damage scalp scars . Very very disappointed. No PRP after surgery, no medication even it says on their advertisement, medication will be provided for 6 months but been given for 3 days only. Its not a hospital even its just a hire facility in a building. Doesn’t look hygienic at all . The guy was giving too much pain , i think he didn’t know how to do anaesthesia . Very very painful and unpleasant and unprofessional experience. AVOID at any cost .

Extremley professional surgeons, co ordinators and general staff. Attention to detail in every aspect with hair transplant i did yesterday. With bargain prices including packages with hotel. Been to Turkey twice now and the people overall are very kind besides the police and security at airport but the general public are friendly and hospitable. This clinic is 10/10 in terms of surgeons skill in hair transplant and value for money on prices

She respond instantly to my questions even after intervention. I didn't feel alone! I was very good accompanied. Also, I thank Dr Shebnem for her implication and advices, she is very gentle. I recently had a hair transplant with Vitta International and the level of the standard from the initial contact till the after procedure contact has been very satisfied. It took me more than a month to make my decision to continue hair transplant with Vitta International.
I arrived in Istanbul received by their representative taken straight to the hospital where I met the doctor and another staff to discuss details of pre and post procedural formalities. The doctor assessed my scalp went to detailed analysis of what was to happen, how the procedure be done and post procedural details discussed extensively. The second day upon arrival I was taken to the hospital for blood tests and upon satisfaction of the results the pre hair transplant procedures started. The hospital was spotless and clean which boosted my confidence and the dealing with the staff were exceptional. Over 4600 hair follicles were extracted initially and later in the afternoon the hair transplant procedures started the whole process lasted more than 8 hours. The more follicles you need the more time taken. After that the team led me carefully to the vehicle to my hotel where I was resting. Meanwhile the back office staff were constantly in touch with me about how I was doing. This level of customer service was top class. The third day I had my first hair wash and my head felt lighter once the bandages came off. I had given instructions to follow very carefully during the first month of my hair transplant procedures which I will religiously follow to get my desired result.
Post procedural contact are still happening now as I am back home.
In a nutshell I can say you can put your trust with Vitta International for your needs which I can assure that you will not be disappointed.

Really good experience hear at vitta clinic. I had my hair transplant they made me feel very comfortable. It was a long procedure due to how many graphs I needed. The pick up service was on point from the air port to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. I highly recommend if you want to have surgery for your self I definitely recommend vitta clinic

I’ve recently got back from my 3rd visit to this clinic on the promise that they would change my full mouth crowns due to ill fitting the first time. Instead of fitting full mouth I got 12 teeth she fitted very reluctantly she claimed there was nothing wrong despite it being clear as day the big gaps from where my gums had receded due to her bad work. They are still uneven and don’t look much different to the previous ones. I asked for different shape and they decided to choose themselves. I asked for corrections as my bite wasn’t right and they refused. Not only that but the dentist has awful attitude and was quite literally smashing my old crowns out very roughly that I even choked on my own tooth 3 times. She also went to start smashing out the bottom one without any anesthetic I had to tell her myself that she had not numbed the area yet! There is a reason the reviews are flagged and that’s because they are liars and unprofessional. I will be saving to get new teeth with a different company. If you want to save money then go elsewhere I am sorry I ever chose this company. The coordinator even told me that they’ve recently started to work with a different dentist as other patients have had problems with her! She is always right and you are always wrong that’s the way it is. If anyone wants photos or proof of what I’m saying I have it all. Oh and another thing, they don’t provide you with temporary teeth so you will have to spend the week with shaven down teeth and nothing to cover them.

EDIT- the only reason I had returned for the dental work was because I really couldn’t afford a brand new set elsewhere and this shambles of a company have obviously had to replace for free due to it being their fault I had the problems in the first place so I had no other choice but to return to fix unfortunately. I’m glad I’ll never have to again.

Worst experience to have the hair transplant surgery there in the middle of surgery they moved me to another clinic because of some goverment visit i was literally bleeding while travelling to another clinic. Moreover the doctor don't come to see the patient after the surgery. I dont want to give even a one star. So its my humble request please dont go

The atmosphere at Viitta was a warm delightful experience...The professionalism and courtesy from the staff was remarkable..State of the art modern equipment used throughout the treatment...Leo was my coordinator he walked me through my experience at Vitta ..he explained everything in detail about my stay in instanbul, he made all of my arrangements for my hotel stay and all transportation from the Airport to my hotel as well as my visits to the clinic from my hotel...very organized and professional...I would recommend choosing Vitta if you are looking for a great experience

Dès mon arrivée en Turquie, tout a été parfaitement organisé. Les transferts depuis l’aéroport vers l’hôtel, puis vers l’hôpital, étaient ponctuels et confortables.L’hôtel était propre et proposait un service complet (TV connectée, petit déjeuner à 8h, etc.)
Concernant la greffe en elle-même (environ 5500 greffons), j’ai été particulièrement impressionné par le professionnalisme et l’implication de l’équipe médicale. La personne à la tête de l'équipe a pris le temps de dessiner ma ligne frontale avec moi, en tenant compte de mes attentes pour un rendu naturel. Rien n’a été imposé, tout a été discuté.
Un point qui m’a marqué : j’ai une ancienne cicatrice sur la zone frontale. Sans que je le demande, elle a proposé de la recouvrir afin d’optimiser le résultat final. Cela montre une réelle conscience professionnelle et une volonté de bien faire, au-delà du simple acte technique.
Le prélèvement dans la zone donneuse a été fait de manière homogène et réfléchie, sans zones surexploitées. L’équipe était attentive, bienveillante et toujours à l’écoute (pauses, confort, explications).
Le lendemain, j’ai eu un lavage et une formation complète sur l’entretien post-opératoire, avec un kit de soins très complet fourni.
Au vu du service global, de la qualité du travail et de l’accompagnement, le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Communication was good, the team was very responsive and got back to me on all my questions and concerns. The accomodations from the taxi pick ups and drop off was nicely coordinated. Our hotel was great. The doctor was great. The staff was as professional as they where trained to be,but I believe they can improve some more. Our translator was top notch his English was superb and we where able to understand all because of him. The doctors assistance where busy busy the entire time, in and out of the room they are all hard workers. The doctor communicated every step of the way. The cleanliness of the facility was good. We where keep being told that it was a hospital, but from my own perspective it's a medical building. The company has there own floor with medical rooms. But I would highly recommend this team.
