I love this brand, I was lucky enough to find out about them when a stylist on a photoshoot of mind had me wear a bunch of their rings. I’ve bought a bunch of their stuff and one of the rings. A ring I recently bought was coming apart when I wore it and they do hold true to their warranty policy because they replaced it for me and it was a very easy process. Hands-down, my very favorite jewelry company. I’m so happy to support.

Products are great quality. When my strain bracelet broke in a freak accident they sent me a gift card for the full balance and were extremely helpful. Responded within minutes when I had an issue with my replacement order and had the whole ordeal sorted out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be buying from them in the future.

I purchased from them online. The payment was approved, the money came out of my account, but they decided it was "suspicious" and therefore would refund my money and not send the goods. Of course, the money has not yet arrived back to me, several months later...clearly scammers!

Nothing but positive things to say about VITALY as a company and staff are very pleasant to speak with. I purchased a necklace which managed to suddenly break after a few uses and I was utterly devastated about it as I truly cherished it and it had become my favourite everyday necklace and still will be when my replacement arrives. They were extremely helpful and quick to sort out a replacement order for me which I should hopefully get soon. I cannot sing their praises highly enough, really swift, quick, reliable service from an outstanding company. I plan to purchase a variety of new statement pieces from them over the coming months for presents now and of course for myself! Brilliant company with no flaws that I have seen. I own ceveral pieces, especially rings from Vitaly and I‘m super happy about the quality. I also had to contact costumer service 2 times. Once for a paying issue and another time because my parcel was missing. The helped always in a nice and quick manner. Like we say in german: I cannot complain!

I made a purchase for someone and turned out that they didn't like it. So I made a request for a return and refund. I immediately emailed Vitaly so I could have help, they responded very quickly and they were very cooperative. After about a week and a half I was refunded and everything went well. Great team work, quick to respond and they are very patient.

My husband and I learned of Vitaly through a commercial was saw during RuPaul's Drag Race and we were intrigued. Not only by the designs but by the fact they use repurposed metal when possible. Our first purchase was a faux pearl bracelet (an anniversary gift from him to me) and it was gorgeous but the wrong size. So we bought the correct size so I could have the bracelet and then began the process of returning the wrong size for a refund. I've worked in customer service for years and when I tell you I've never had a better experience than I've had with the Vitally team I truly mean it. They've shone brighter than the products themselves. Since our first purchase we've bought a duo of simple wedding bands (We buy new rings every few years on our anniversary instead of investing in expensive diamonds.) And my husband doesn't know this yet but I bought matching necklaces for his 45th bday. :-) As long as the designs stay as awesome as they are the Customer Service team continues to exceed expectations, Vitaly has a customer for life.

Recently bought the Horizon necklace, which seemed shorter than the 2 necklaces I bought earlier. After measuring it, I came to the conclusion that it was almost 2cm shorter than advertised.

Customer support told me the problem was my ruler, so I measured with a different ruler AND with their own product that was advertised to be the same size. The size difference was clear, but customer support won't do anything for me.

Still giving 2 stars because Vitaly their quality is good and I still think it's a nice piece.

Hopefully this discrepancy is a one time fail.

Ich rate jedem hier nur zu bestellen wenn man ganz sicher mit der Bestellung ist. Bei einer Retoure trägt man die hohen Kosten nach Portugal selbst. Bei einem Unternehmen dieser Größen und den Preisen könnte man eigentlich erwarten, dass eine Rücksendung übernommen wird. Zudem ist die Retoure auch noch übermäßig kompliziert. Würde hier nicht mehr bestellen auch wenn ich den Schmuck gut finde.

I have 2 chains and a bracelet from vitaly and only one broke. When it did they instantly gave me a voucher worth the same amount to replace it. The other chain I’m wearing for 5 years already and i swim shower and do all my activities with it and it looks impeccable. Quality and customer support is the best here. Always on point! Thank you guys!

I had ordered a wrong size of an necklace then I reached out to customer support and they answer immediately and sorted out the problem. Love the quick response and professional team

I bought the Scylla x CurrieGOAT chain from Vitaly and was told by the store staff that I could return or exchange it within 30 days. The chain failed on the first try — yet Vitaly refused a refund and claimed they “don’t offer refunds under any circumstances,” despite their website stating otherwise.

There was no mention at purchase that this was a final sale. No signs in the store, no warning — just policies hidden at the bottom of their site. That’s misleading and, under Ontario law, may be illegal.

Vitaly does not honor their 30-day return policy. They hide behind vague wording and refuse accountability even for defective items.

⚠️ If this happens to you, file a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario and initiate a chargeback through your credit card provider. That’s the only way companies like this will learn to respect their customers.

What’s the point of a 30 days return and exchange guarantee if they fail on Day 1 and still deflect responsibility?

I had an issue with my order and reached out to have it resolved, the Vitaly team answered each of my emails within about an hour. They were very helpful in getting my issue resolved and have beautiful jewelry.

Ich habe mir die V1_LUAR_CHAIN_01 Chain gekauft und bin mit allen sehr zufrieden. Die Fotos auf der Website waren sehr gut und dadurch konnte ich mich besser entscheiden ob ich die auch haben möchte.
Etwas dass mich sehr interessiert hat war das die Kette ein Mann und eine Frau anhatten und man so denn unterschied der Kette sehen konnte, auch wenn es die gleiche ist hatte es trotzdem anders ausgesehen.
Die Chain habe ich mich am 04.04 gekauft und ist nach 3 Tagen Versand angekommen am 07.04. Das Paket wurde sehr schön Verpackt und man hat gemerkt das sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt worden ist diese gut zu verpacken. Alles war sehr schön und recht angenehm.
