Massager was damaged in transit…

My unit arrived in a very smashed up box and I was worried about the massager. When I took it out it definitely had something broken rattling around inside. I contacted Vital Horse and they got back to me immediately, requesting photos of the damaged package and a video that deminstrated the rattling inside the unit. They told me they would immediately send me a new unit and that I did not need to return the damaged unit. I was so happy with their response as I live in another country and the return postage was going to be prohibitive. My new unit arrived today and it works perfectly. My old horse loved it on the first try. This will help him so much going into a cold Canadian winter as he gets very cold backed even when blanketed. I don’t think I have ever had such an exemplary customer service experience. If I could give 10 gold stars for this company and its product I would!

I like the massager

I like the massager. It is easy to use, it has few functions that easy to switch. It works silently, so my dog is not afraid.

Rectified by VitalHorse - very happy with the service after the issue

Vital horse has been very responsive with my last review.

They have offered to replace the device and then some.

I had just purchased the Vital Horse…

I had just purchased the Vital Horse massager and had a few minor queries, I emailed the company and received a very prompt and courteous reply from Kathy, who talked me through my, as I said minor concerns.

A follow-up email also assured me of on going support and assistance.

Customer support and courteous communication from a company is vital when marketing products, and I can not rate Vital Horse and Kathy, highly enough.
Thoroughly recommend giving them your support.

This is an incredible device

This is an incredible device. I used it with my senior dog. He is usually afraid of anything that is different but the moment he felt the massager he was locked in. He relaxed and laid down and seemed very content. It was very easy to incorporate into our nightly routine!

The Vitalhorse massager is now a part…

The Vitalhorse massager is now a part of our daily routine with my senior dog. She absolutely loves it!! And for a dog that really doesn’t like much LOL she truly loves this!!

Honestly

Honestly, the massage gun looks like a terrific piece of equipment. They advertise for the 'elite' horse so I sent a question inquiring about usage on a companion mule. The answer was, yes it would benefit any equine in various situations.
Because of the quick and honest response, I will be ordering my massage gun and am impressed with the quick, customer service response.
I will update my review after I receive my massage gun and see how my mule likes it!

Absolutely love this massage gun!

I’ve been so impressed with the VitalHorse Massage Gun! I love that it comes with 16 different massage heads, so I can really customize it depending on the area I’m working on. The added red light therapy is such a nice bonus too!

It’s easy to use, feels powerful without being intimidating, and has quickly become something I reach for regularly after rides, harder workouts or just having a bonding moment with my horses. I also love being able to give my horse a little extra TLC and help support recovery and relaxation right at home.

Definitely one of those horse-owner products I didn’t realize I needed until I had it! 🐴🤎
