Avoid. The website would appear to be designed to avoid detailing that it is an intermediary service, charging 107 $ to simply forward your application automatically, which should only cost $7, if a follow-up consultation is not used. It is there in the find print and I shouldn't have applied in a rush - on the landing page there is no information. They even let people apply for countries that don't need an ETA for Canada (i.e. Americans can apply and pay).

THIS IS A SCAM
Like everyone says THIS IS A SCAM. They overcharge and there is no transparency of the cost. I applied for. New Zealand NZeTA and the cost was over $50 above the government cost. I wished I had checked the site out first but I was led to believe it was an official government site. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Visit-app.org is not the Canadian Embassy Site
I did a genuine google search for my Visa application and this website looked like the Canadian Embassy so I applied and paid $107 for my application. When I summitted to my company to be reimbursed I learned that this was a 3rd party company charging $107 for a $7 ETA. This is very unfortunate that the company information does not appear to be a 3rd party and is a copy of the Canadian website. I need my money back.

Overpriced scam site
Overpriced scam site. $107 for something that cost $7 through the official government website. I didn’t realise that this wasn’t the bona fide official site and feel scammed out of my cash. I immediately let the company know I had made a mistake in ordering and they replied “ Upon thorough review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with a refund request, as your application has already been processed by the Canadian government.” which is BS as their receipt of payment clearly says “ Thank you, Your payment has been processed and your ETA application will be processed by the end of the next business day.”

Thieves! I applied for Australia visa via this portal by mistake (misleading result from google search). Immediately after applying I received email that data which I already provided is missing. This company I not processing/supporting visa for Australia! I reported this, but I have no hope that someone will make them stop stealing money from people, so simply avoid any interactions with them. Scam, scam, scam!

Scam alert! I was definitely tricked into thinking this is an official Australian ETA website! Of course it is not! There is no clear information on start page! Just "Submit Online" button without any disclaimer. Information is available if You scroll down but most people just click to proceed to application. My stupidity and haste lead me to pay for nothing 99 USD... I do not think any refund will be possible, but will do my best to alert other customers to avoid this fraudulent business.

Very misleading
Very misleading. I applied for an ETA through this website and was shocked by the final charge. They do not clearly display the total price before processing your payment, and the fee is way higher than the official Canadian government rate. It’s incredibly misleading, and you only find out how much you're really paying after the transaction goes through.
This website takes advantage of people who assume they’re on an official government site. The lack of price transparency makes this feel like a scam. I strongly recommend others to apply directly through the official Canada government site instead (canada.ca) and avoid this overpriced third-party service.

Serietà staremo a vedere, gli ho detto che a me non servivavano tutti i servizi di concierge post ETA e mi hanno detto che mi faranno un rimborso del 50% delle commissioni... circa 49,5 dollari in 3 o 5 giorni lavorativi. Vi terrò aggiornati. Per adesso 3 stelle poi si vedrà...

Scamming website
Scamming website. Pretends to be the official website for obtaining a Canadian ETA. No mention of the charge anywhere but if you've already researched it, it should be $7CAD. No where on the website does it state the charge, even on the payment page. you only find out that it is $107USA after payment is made. Emailed the scam company immediately, to be told some utter nonsense. Left it in the hands of my credit card company.

I’m writing this to warn others about a misleading and deceptive website: visit-app.org.
While searching online for an Australian visa application, visit-app.org came up at the top of Google search results. The site looked official, and the “.org” domain made it seem like a government-affiliated website. Nowhere did it clearly state that this was a third-party private service, nor did it display how much they would charge until after payment was processed.
They charged me $99 USD (about £75 GBP) — which I later learned was outrageous, since the official ETA application is free (or costs just a small admin fee via the Australian government app).
I emailed them immediately — within 15 minutes of the payment — requesting to cancel the service and get a refund, explaining that I no longer needed their assistance. They flatly refused. I sent a second follow-up — again, refused. There's no transparent refund policy, and the communication was dismissive.
After speaking to a legal advisor, I’ve been advised that because I requested a cancellation so quickly, and given the misleading nature of the site, I may have grounds to pursue legal action based on consumer rights and deceptive practices.
I will update this review with any legal outcome — but in the meantime:
👉 Avoid visit-app.org at all costs.
👉 It is NOT a government website.
👉 It is overpriced, misleading, and operates in bad faith.
Use the official Australian government website or the Australian ETA app — and don’t get caught out like I did.
