Ordered a suit, was told there was a delay and their customer service has not responded to emails on status for 2 months.

I recently purchased The Visionbody suit, and I’m so happy I bought it. This is not just a suit, it’s a fully equipped Gym that comes in a box. The suit is like no other piece of exercise equipment you have ever purchased. No Gym membership can give you the benefits you will experience with this suit. The suit itself is easy to put on. Learning with training App takes time, but put together well. The cost was not a problem with me. I’ve spent over 35 years paying for Gym memberships. The time I spend traveling to and from the gym was also a factor. Customer Service responded to every single question within 24-48 hours just as the said they would. I highly recommend this suit. Very pleased with my purchase.

This is one of my best purchases ever, I’m a gym rat but on my rest days I like to walk so I wear my suit and just walk, ya just walk, i swear the soreness that I reach after it is a killer and I love it. My whole body stay sore and pumped for 3 days. I know you may say it’s expensive but it worth each penny to stay healthy especially with aging. And the customer support are amazing, I had an issue with the battery after like 9 months so they sent me 2 for free.

Wondering staff, very helpful. Just started using the equipment , it’s a lot of fun and easy to use. I’ll give another review with my results in a couple months.

As a competitive swimmer striving to gain an edge in my training, I haven’t found anything as effective or impactful as Visionbody. For any athlete—or anyone seeking an exceptional workout—this is my top recommendation.

I am a believer!
I was turned on to Visionbody's EMS suit by a trainer that was using it in my building. A long time ago I bought an EMS waist belt from Amazon and it stung me did nothing for me, so when I heard about this, I was a bit suspicious but decided to let the trainer give me a demo workout. And let me tell you, this was a life-altering experience! The feeling is inexplicable but what I can tell you is that after only two months of every-other day use, I am leaner, stronger and more toned than I have ever been. I feel like I have been propelled into the future of fitness! This suit is superb and it delivers results. You have to try it to believe it, seriously!!!

I received my Visionbody suit only a couple days ago admittedly after a long wait. I was told my shipping time would be 2-3 weeks. However, there were some significant delays and delivery time was closer to 3 months. In spite of that, I am leaving a 5-star review because the customer service was great and the product is amazing. During the delays in shipping, I reached out several times for updates. The response time was always prompt, even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I was anxious to get started of course so waiting was frustrating. Fast forward to my product experience. I had done EMS workouts before at Body20 with the suits at Body20 being more like the well advertised Katalyst suit. You have to completely wet it down and attach several different pieces before you can start working out. That experience was okay, but you are soaking wet and cold after the workout. The Visionbody suit is more simplistic to put on because it's one piece and the quality of the suit is top notch. It's really stretchy so if I were a few pounds lighter or heavier I think the size would still work, as well the suit comes with a waist belt to keep the stomach and back electrodes flat against your body. This is good with women who have larger breasts or buttocks and removes any gaps that you may have otherwise. Additionally, even though it's advertised as a dry suit, if you take a long time to sweat, you are better off putting the suit on a damp body or lightly wetting the electrodes. If you dont you may have connectivity issues and feel that pinching feeling when it's not connected properly. Also the strength is WHOA! much stronger than the Body20 suits. I have to work my way out of the 20% range for most of the target areas because that's how strong the suit is. I know Im going to be very sore tomorrow. My shoulders are burning as I type. Another thing is, I am an Android phone user so I had to purchase the iPhone controller. I had to set up an apple account and everything. I didn't have too much trouble. It took a little time but I got through it and Im not a huge technical person. The app is easy to use and understand. I haven't used any videos yet, just doing my own routines as of now. I will check out the videos soon though to see how I like them. Besides the workouts, the app offers massage, anti-cellulite and wellness features. So cool! I am very satisfied with my purchase so far and I can't wait to see if transformation happens. Im pretty fit now but there is room for improvement so Im up for this journey. Thank you Visionbody!

The suit was a transformative experience. I’ve been an athlete all of my life and I’ve NEVER experienced a workout like I had with the Visionbody suit. A workout that engaged and targeted every muscle in my body simultaneously without putting pressure on my joints. This resulted in a feel and look that continued to last post workout. The other positive factor was all of this took place in a 10 minute workout, being a full time entrepreneur I couldn’t ask for a better and more impactful training scenario. I’m never leaving home without it ever again. Thanks again to the vision body team for the life changing experience!

This suit transformed my life. I started to used ChatGPT to write this review, but I wanted to convey my energy, which is why Vision Body is about saving time while creating great energy.
I recommend this suit old and young!

I am a seasoned pro when it comes to EMS so as soon as I tried Visionbody's suit, i knew that this one was differentand superior.
Firstly, love the dry suit and I absolutely hated getting into a wetted suit.
Secondly, the mid-frequency made a huge difference in that there was not that pinching feeling that sometimes comes with low frequency suits.
Thirdly, i love that this suit has shoulders, calves and inner thigh pads!
I had knee surgery last year and now i cant lift heavy so this suit is a life saver. My body has never felt stronger and my belly fat is literally melting away after only a few months of using this!

I used the Wiemspro system for a while before discovering Visionbody, and honestly, I’m never going back. Wiemspro was super expensive—the battery box alone was $8,500 and the suit was another $1,000. There was no way I could buy that, so I had to rent it from my trainer.

On top of that, I really didn’t like having to get into a wet suit every time I trained. It was uncomfortable and kind of annoying, but at the time there weren’t any other options. Then my trainer found Visionbody, and it completely changed everything.

The Visionbody suit is dry (huge win), way more affordable, and actually really comfortable. It’s flexible, not tight or restricting like the wet suit, and overall just way easier to use. I also found out it uses mid-frequency instead of low-frequency like most systems—including Wiemspro—and I can 100% feel the difference. It’s stronger, more effective, and just feels better during workouts.

I’m honestly so happy with it. It’s been a total upgrade in every way!

I am so excited to tell everyone about this amazing tech-fit suit. Admittedly, I was very skeptical about EMS at first but after doing some research, I decided to give it a go, and it was the best decision ever.
It took a few sessions to get comfortable with the app and the sensation of EMS but once I got it down, it is super easy.
I am amazed at how well this suit works, using it just three days a week for 20 minute sessions. I started seeing results in just 5 weeks. And by results I mean building muscles and losing fat. You just have to try it to believe it!!

I've been in the Visionbody suit for 6 months after using Katalyst for the previous 6 months. The difference is night and day with the continuity of Visionbody compared to the preparation required for Katalyst, e.g. under suit garment, moisture required, pads moving around on muscles and, most importantly, the monthly Katalyst fee. I think that anyone who has trained with EMS will notice a marked difference in their training the moment that they try a Visionbody suit. The intensity is higher and the app makes it extremely easy to navigate on your own or with a trainer in real time as you workout. Highly recommend making the switch today and not looking back.

Really love to work out in my suite. It speaks for itself, I get fantastic results and in shorter period of time. Very easy to put on and to clean.

This company is life changing! Their EMS suit is top notch and literally builds the body you have always desired. 20 minutes - 3 to 4 times a week - will build muscle and burn fat quicker than going to the gym six days a week for an hour. This technology is an absolute game changer and the company and the leadership are visionaries and actually care about impacting lives in a positive way. Best money spent on my health for sure!

I was incredibly skeptical of this product at first. There's so much pseudoscience and latest and greatest nonsense in the fitness space, but have to admit, this is the real deal. I've been using my suit for a little over a month and have noticed muscles (in my arms especially) pop out where they weren't there previously. Being a lifelong gym rat that's lifted weights for most of my life, this was the perfect transition from high impact, high risk of injury heavy compound lifting in the gym to something that's a little less prone to injury as I approach my 40s. Very happy with this purchase as I'm planning on living in a more remote part of the world without access to a gym and can easily bring this suit with me to get all I need. Some pro tips : Don't be fooled by your first workout, my soreness from this suit never kicks in until day 2 and 3. Yoga once or twice a week is the perfect compliment to these suit workouts to stretch out all the soreness and stifness.

Nach langem hat sich Herr Hessing per Telefon bei mir gemeldet. Wir hatten ein angenehmes Gespräch und es wurde mir einen neuen Anzug versprochen, welche ich bekommen habe.
Nun kann ich wieder Trainieren, ich hoffe das solche System Probleme nicht mehr vorkommen, wir als Kunden möchten wenn wir was hochwertigen Kaufen auch die Sicherheit das es lange ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Ich sage Danke und hoffe das jedem Kunden geholfen wird.

Nachdem man sehr viel Geld ausgegeben hat funktioniert plötzlich die App nicht mehr ordnungsgemäss, dachte zuerst der Anzug sei halt nach den Jahren nicht mehr in Ordnung aber dies stellte sich heraus ist nicht der Fall. Immer wieder gabe es Updates der App, diese lief dann Wochen nicht mehr wegen eines "Fehlers" dann plötzlich wurde ein anderes Modell meines Anzuges erkannt und funktionierte nicht mehr korrekt dies über Wochen/Monate, nach ca. 3 Monate wurde vom Support plötlich mitgeteilt das es eine "technische Änderung" gab und mein Anzug angepasst werden müsse. Er hat immer funktioniert und nun einfach nicht mehr, habe viel Geld gezahlt und nun das, auf Emails wird nicht mehr Reagiert. Ob man Sich dies antun will, bei jedem Gebrauch sich Fragt ob das System funktionert oder nicht ob es korrekt funktioniert oder nicht, ist jedem überlasse, da es auch nur Funktioniert wenn Internet da ist ist auch fragwürdig.
Auch habe ich eine Mail geschrieben, das Sie mein Geld im Tausch des Systems zurückgeben sollten, da es ja einfach nicht mehr Funktioniert, keine Reaktion mehr!

Over the last 2 years I’ve lost 100 lbs. the past year I have had a Visionbody suit that I believe has helped with loose skin and better muscle tone while strength training. I also like that there isn’t a subscription fee, and once you purchase the suit you are good to go. I didn’t want to have a ton of wires, or have to water down my suit before exercising because I knew I would be uncomfortable. I started with a large Visionbody suit and have recently purchased a small, and am very happy with how well it’s made and the sensitivity of the pads. I considered the top 2 ems suits before purchasing, and because of the reasons above, I still enjoy my suit and am confident in my purchase. I would purchase again, and enjoy using my suit for around 120 minutes a week, sometimes 20 minutes a day, sometimes 30 or 40 minutes a few times a week. At my age, strength training is important, and I feel the Visionbody suit is a great addition.
