It took some time to arrive, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I am in love with this system. After a little practice and getting used to the settings on my third session, I had one of the best workouts I have had in years. YOU NEED THIS! I am beyond happy with it, thank you Henri. I am a believer!

Avoid Visionbody at all costs.

I’ve been asking for a refund for months, and Visionbody has done nothing but stall and deceive. Since June, they kept telling me “your order will ship soon.” It’s now six months later - no suit, no refund, no accountability. When their customer service actually bothers to respond, it’s just another empty promise.

Do a little research and the pattern becomes obvious:
Look up Visionbody on the Florida UCC filing website. They’ve defaulted on multiple merchant cash advance loans (basically the business version of a payday loan) and keep forming new LLCs right after defaulting. That’s not normal business behavior - it’s a massive red flag.

I wish I had known all this before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake.

Ordered June 22, 2025, now Nov 13th - No suit, not even a date available.

Followed up about 10 times. I don't understand why they continue to take orders when I see that several of us have been backlogged for 4 to 5 months.

I am very close to starting a website to make it widely known about these issues because all I am getting are vague excuses about supply chain which have stretched well beyond credibility.

It's especially interesting that there are recent reviews claiming they got their suit a few months ago. So, are those reviews fake or are they shipping to customers that have ordered after I have? I don't know.

They have held my money interest-free for going on five months.

Don't order now unless you want to be their bank.

VISIONBODY has truly been a game changer in my work out routine and is my FAVORITE Biohacking modality! 20 mins is equivalent to a 3 hour work out!!!! As an entrepreneur I have a busy schedule and since I travel often I can take my VisionBody everywhere and get my work out in. It has made a tremendous difference with my body composition and building muscle. A must have !!!!!

Love it, bought the Visionbody suit a few months back to help me lose the postpartum weight. Couldn't find time for going to the gym with work and a 5mo old, I like that I only have to work out for 20 minutes twice a week. I have great results, just a little to go until I am finally free of this stubborn belly fat.

Dealing with the people at VisionBody has been an awesome experience. They have always been available for questions and offer so much info to start you out on your EMS suit journey. I looked at several different companies to get an EMS suit and I just liked the idea of being able to put the suit on and start my workout and not having to spray it down with water first. The suit takes no time at all to get into and dive into exercising!
I started my experience with using VB earlier this year at the age of 62.I have always been an active individual - but 18 years ago I started having bouts of Afib. The medicine that I was using lowered my heart rate and my metabolism - I put on quite a bit of weight during that time. I had an ablation done 2 years agp - which got me off the meds but I still had trouble getting back into better shape and losing weight.

Earlier this year - I saw an ad for VisionBody and thought I would try it out. Amazing how intense the workouts are and amazing how you feel after a workout. I also have found that all those little aches and pains that come with getting older just don't seem as bad or even exist anymore! The big plus is that since starting I have lost over 60 pounds! I plan to kick it up a notch this winter and try to lose another 15 to 20 pounds and get even stronger to help my efforts at competing in state and national senior golf competitions.

I purchased a legging and box set back in 2023 and it worked ok enough and I decided to upgrade to a suit and also needed to size down. I gave them my measurements and expressed my opinion but said I wanted them to approve what size to get. So I’ve now had that suit for maybe 3 months and first, it fit rather tightly but I gingerly put it on and always used it on my walks. Problem is, the bottom zipper area started to have a rip and they don’t cover the fabric only the electrical ?? Well if the fabric doesn’t hold together how the heck do you use it?? Their customer service has given me the strangest answers and are not avaialable half the time. I had to try and sew it myself which looks pretty botched. But really, just a few months? I like their system but hate their customer service policies and you should just know before purchasing from them. I will not buy again and thats saying a lot considering how much their system costs.

Die Anzüge sind top, da gibt es zumindest mit unserer kurzen Erfahrung keine Beanstandungen. Aber die App ist unterirdisch. Auf der Website sieht man Bilder aus der App wo der Text in deutsch ist, aber bei der eigentlichen Steuerung ist alles in Englisch. Gut wer sich in Anatomie in Englisch gut auskennt. Es gab auch mit unseren Apple Geräten (iPhone 13pro und 16pro immer mit aktuellen IOS) immer wieder Bluetooth Verbindungsprobleme . Die Herstellerlösung dafür: alles platt machen und wieder neu installieren…. Wenn man die App und das Programm startet und eine andere App öffnet, dann hört das Gerät sofort auf, was für uns auch nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Die Steuerung der Intensität ist so: Man sieht die Muskelpartien grafisch, kann sie aber nicht anklicken und den Wert ändern, sondern man muss dann den englischen Text lesen, den Muskelnamen quasi irgendwie übersetzen übersetzen, und dann kann man über antippen des Namens die Intensität ändern, also wir haben uns etwas in die Excel Welt zurück versetzt gefühlt…….
Also haben wir von unserem Rücktrittsrecht gebrauch gemacht, es gab dann mehrere legitime Versuche uns zu überzeugen die Anzüge doch zu behalten, aber letztendlich haben wir sie zurückgegeben und unser Geld auch schnell zurückerhalten.

Die App ist in der Form schon viele Jahre alt, laut Appstore Release Info gab’s die letzten Jahre nur bugfixing, aber keine neue Version. Daher glauben wir nicht, dass da in nächster Zeit was passiert.

Da es mit dem Umtausch und Geld zurück so gut geklappt hat,sind wir zufrieden, und daher auch die gute Bewertung.

The suit is amazing, have been using it 3x per week since it arrived. Amazing full body workout doing basic body weight exercises. With the ability to replay workouts you can avoid having to edit the intensity each time (but still can refine as you go).

Downside is no autoprogrammed workouts where the intensity is auto adjusted (Katalyst style), but considering you're not paying $50/month for those and can use the suit without them it's well worth it to me.

I love the fact that there's no monthly fee like most of their competitors. One time payment that you won't regret.

I will say shipping took forever. I think it's tariff related, but 2 week shipping estimate was more like 14+ weeks. I don't recall exactly how long it took, but felt like forever in today's world of next day amazon shipping.

This EMS suit is exactly what I had hoped it would be. Very effective, easy to use, comfortable to wear. It is now the cornerstone of my exercise program.

First and foremost I want to say that I absolutely LOVE this suit. We did receive ours after a lengthy delay, but they communicated openly about their challenges, and as a small business owner, I do understand. We received our suits approximately 1 month ago and have been using them regularly 2x a week. OMG the sore muscles are something I haven't experienced in years! I work out 6x a week regularly, so I am not new to the fitness game. But, this suit has been a game-changer. It ramps up my workouts, and I am seeing gains very quickly. The reason for the 4 stars is that I find their app frustrating, and I don't fully understand it. I save my workouts at the end (it asks if you want to), but those names don't show up on my previous workouts. They just show up as Fatburning 1 or Strength 1 every time. So, I am not sure why there is an option to name. The app is basic. You can't watch their workout videos while actually working out, so that seems like a waste of time. But, overall, I give the suit a 10/10. It makes your workout very challenging. I would definitely recommend it, and just be patient. You will receive it and you will love it!

Yes, I had to wait almost four months for my suit…. I wish I had known that at the time of purchase just because you get so excited about it and we are so used to lightning fast shipping these days, but I will say that the communication and customer service I experienced were excellent and I do believe that these customs and parts issues have been resolved and these wait times are no longer an issue. The suit is definitely worth the wait! This is by far the best purchase I’ve made when it comes to self care. I’m 52 years old, post menopausal and I don’t like going to the gym. This is the first time I can say that I actually look forward to exercising! I feel like I’m already growing stronger and I actually enjoy the sensation. I’m amazed at this technology and I know it is working!!!! And the massage program…. WOW! This alone makes it worth it!!!!! I told my husband I swear my lower back pain is soooo much better, almost gone! If you are on the fence about spending too much money on yourself I urge you to bite the bullet and DO IT! You deserve it, and you’re worth it!!

We bought our VisionBody in the US even though we are world travellers. Once they arrived one suit did not work and was replaced in a week with no further problems. We are using them since a month now and have amazing results. We feel much fitter and the short workout 3x week help us to stay fit even on our travels.

VisionBody suits are amazing. I am an avid runner and I used the suit and coach Ellen Tyson to help me recover from a hamstring tear. I found it to be an amazing recovery and strength-building tool. Sessions are effective. You wear a suit, electro-muscle stimulation is being delivered to your muscles as you workout and you feel your muscles firing. I can’t recommend Ellen and her knowledge of the suit enough. Ellen and the suit will help you unlock your inner strength and superpower you didn’t know existed.

It was a long wait due to manufacturing delays but worth it. I finally have my suit and am loving it. We live in a ranch and so far I’m using it during my farm chores. Today after feeding horses, I moved on to unloading twenty 50 lb bags of horse feed and it was a great workout. It’s too soon to see results (I’ve only used it 3 times) but I have sore muscles the next day.

Ich habe an VisionBody geschrieben, dass mein Anzug, welchen ich vor 6 Jahren gekauft habe, nicht mehr per App funktioniert. Der Anzug bekommt keine Verbindung zum Gerät. Bei dem Preis hätte ich erwartet, dass man mir hilft und zumindest mich kontaktiert. Nichts dergleichen ist geschehen. Man wird allein mit seinem Problem gelassen. Preis Leistung und Service ist nicht vertretbar.

I have been doing EMS for 5 years and vision body has provided the most advanced and comfortable suit. The range of motion as well as the full coverage of muscles is far more advanced than any other suit or company out there. After starting to use this suit I cannot believe I ever used any other kind. The results are out of this world and I will never look back!

I love my VisionBody suit. In fact, I am getting a second suit for my vacation home (only have to travel with the battery/control pack). This system is awesome. Zip it on and get to work. No dousing yourself or the suit with water. Just do a brief warmup and you are good to go. For those of us over 60, you can get a great workout without involving much in the way weights. You can just turn up the intensity and flex into the current. Trust me, your muscles will engage. No gym membership neccesary. You can complete a VisionBody workout almost anywhere. The system is designed to be effective for everyone. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a workout warrior. The VisionBody app allows you to decide on which muscle groups to focus as well as the intensity of the workout. I control every aspect of every workout with my iPhone.

I had a minor issue with my first order (1 of the spare batteries was missing). The VisionBody folks resolved the issue with 1 email (no questions asked). Within a 2 days, they sent me 2 new spare batteries. I was both happy and impressed.
