Five Months of Silence, Stress, and a Shipment I Never Wanted
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Visionbody after nearly 5 months of frustration, silence, and broken promises.
I placed my order in May 2025, paid in full, and received only one update in the beginning all that time. Every other communication came only after I followed up—again and again—setting calendar reminders just to chase basic information. Each time, I was met with vague reassurances and delays. No timeline. No accountability. Just empty promises.
After months of waiting, I finally reached my limit and formally requested a refund in the beginning of October. I repeated that request again on October 11. I made it clear that I no longer wanted the product—not just because of the delay, but because of the emotional toll this experience had taken. I no longer trusted the company or wanted anything to do with the transaction.
Instead of honoring my cancellation, Visionbody shipped sent me an email said that the order is shipped the very next day.
To say this was disappointing would be an understatement. After pleading for updates, then pleading for a refund, I was sent a product I had already rejected—one that now serves only as a reminder of how poorly this was handled. It felt like a final disregard for everything I had communicated.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of a sense of responsibility. No customer should have to chase a company for 5 months, beg for basic service, and still be denied a refund after clearly and repeatedly asking for one. This experience has been exhausting, disheartening, and deeply unfair.
I hope others never have to go through what I did.
