Posing as a legitimate government website. Is branded to look alike!
Then a charge of £67 taken.
If you need an ETA go to the Canadian government site. It should only cost you £7.

Total SCAM…. Please don’t use this company. Like so many other people googled Canada visa eta and this one came up first. Looked really official but before I realised it wasn’t I’d already paid. Could totally kick myself. Emailed them as soon as I realised and they replied that it cost so much because of all the checks they do which is a crock of s#%*. Do not waste your money or your time with them. They really should be taken down. The real visa is $7 I paid over $70. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM……

NEVER. I REPEAT NEVER. go to 'visitocanada.com OR travelsupport-ca.com accidentally for your Canada ETA. They are an effing scam and just SHAMEFUL. I am absolutely fuming and kicking myself for falling for it - the website just looks SO damn similar to the official one.

Scam! They wrote them an email just after the registration to cancel it, and they even responded back. I didn't get no an email or anything.

Total scam. I noticed something is wrong only once I received their email. Applied directly on Canadian government website and got eTA within 30 min. Wrote to them, let's see if they reimburse.

Appalling. No real people to talk to. If you have a problem, treated like a second class citizen. Web page has multiple browser issues, no communication. Will never attempt to get a eta again, will just drive across from USA. Absolute blight on Canada they can’t run their visa system.

I was scammed. It is a fake site that doesn’t even give you the visa. When I checked on the real government site, the confirmation numbers I was provided with weren’t recognised so I got charged $89 each for 3 eTas that didn’t exist and should have cost $7. I did manage to get my money back however by contacting my bank about the scam. They then contacted the fake site and requested a refund on my behalf. I received the refund within a couple of days. I recommend everyone does as they seem to listen to banks.

SCAM!! Paid 84 USD.

Accessed the Canadian Immigration site and paid 5.50 USD with approval in literally five minutes.

I also just got scamed it looks legitimate and I just lost 79 USDs why is this not blocked ?

Terrible experience, the checkout was completely misleading and they ended up charging my card $134... literally costs $7 on Canada gov site

I also got a suspect one time password request the following day on my AMEX when i wasn't trying to check out anything so that also worried me.

I'll be issuing a chargeback if they don't refund

I missed a flight to Canada because of this scam site, it charges 70USD more than 10 times the required ETA and isnt even valid. It then sold my details to another travel insurance website that spams me hourly

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I applied. The site looks as if it is legitimate Canadian Gov't site . They charged me US$79!
I wonder if the eTA number I received is a legiimate eTA number.

I was just wondering if anyone actually gotten a legitimate eTA out of these people? Or are they all fake? As well has a anyone been identity frauded?

There is another site doing the same .canadianetavisa.org/ beware, these people should be shut down and made to pay back

Its not only the company which sucks..its Canada authorities who are not appropriate monotoring their own visas and procedures...incredible how Canada just hand over this without having better control...what a shame

As others have noted, this website and service offered is a complete scam. I had some correspondence with an unscrupulous individual named Mr Brendan Duggan who confirmed to me in writing that he would to issue me with a partial refund for the scam service and has since renaged on this promise. Avoid this organisation.

I got scammed. they charged me almost $100 and sent me fake visa number. Why is this site still up and running?

Avoid like the plague, this is a con! I googled the eta, and a link took me straight to the visa form, which looked completely official. I filled in all details, filled in card details and pressed 'Next' expecting to be shown cost BEFORE proceeding.it was not there. I emailed immediately asking, and no response. Processed visas 5 hours later and next day told me 69per person!! I said it was not clear and I queried cost BEFORE processing, but they refused to refund any money. Credit card company have said they will rescind payment as it is clear I asked before processing. On the form it does not look like you need to scroll down as it fills the whole page, so you just submit. However if you do scroll, in tiny pale letters it says they are not an official site. They are absolute con artists, and should be investigated for fraud. DO NOT USE, they charge 62pp for doing nothing at all.

It is a total scam. This company should be ashamed of their business. The company made its site look like the official government site and charged $99 for applying for the visa which is only $7 at the official site.

I made a claim to the company for their scam and they gave me a refund of $50. They didn't feel sorry at all and told me they served the promised service... (?!) The Canadian gov should do something to block and punish this site...

Nice scam they got going. 1,000% mark-up. Canada sucks.
