The product peeled skin off my face and left broken blood vessels. I do not recommend this product. Wish I could get a refund!

Purchased the product and it never got delivered…I’ve sent several email and nothing has been resolved. Would not recommend purchasing this product.

I was skeptical at first due to all the products out there, but Yuri really impressed me easy to apply dries quickly no sticky residue I definitely recommend it.

After trying so many products, this shows visible results in a short period of time. YURI also has effects on blemishes which makes it a multi-purpose product.

WARNING ‼️ when you buy products with discount offer, you get automatically enrolled to their subscription! I don’t care how good of products, automatic subscription under the fine prints are my biggest pet peeve! It feels like a scam!!!! Another thing is that I bought the product because their reviews were amazing. Turns out that they sent you an email to write a five star review; in return, they give you a deal that you may get picked for a full refund ONLY if you wrote them a five star review. When I received the email to write a five star review under this condition, I didn’t write them because I felt deceived for trusting their amazing reviews. But I now decided to write it after they took the money out of my account for automatic subscription.

I wasn't happy with the result and got a rash after using it. I asked for the money back guarantee and they told me I need to send it to New York (I'm in Australia) and they won't provide a return ticket. They only offered 30% money back, what would be ok for me. But after many mails asking to send me the 30%, they never replied.
I would definitely not recommend!

This company will bill you the wrong amount
They will not let you cancel without charging you. I have been billed 4 in two weeks. The last time they billed the wrong card, I paid over $78 so far when I requested a cancel at the very beginning

The product is great but service is horrible. I have tried to cancel subscription 3 times and was told it was but today i got an email telling me that I was being charged for another item and ut was being shipped!!!!

I am trying to cancel my Yuri subscription and they are continuing to charge and send this unwanted product.
This is my 3rd REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION.

So as soon as I saw the yuri product was automatically going to ship I emailed to cancel my order and subscription. I was told it was too late and to reject the package or ask for a return awb and I have since the 4th with no reply back.

Honestly Im not seeing g results like it has been promoted and have gotten headaches while wearing the mask and I do not suffer from headaches so Im safe to say its from the mask.

I read about this product on Facebook marketplace and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my face turned blotchy and red, but their return policy was a bit unclear, (unlike Amazon), so I just chalked it to experience and threw what was left. Then I kept getting more products and couldn’t for the life of me stop their deliveries! SCAM!

Money was deducted for 2 glowing Yuri. I have just received the item previously and still using them.
