Continually crashing filled in about 20 times for 3 family members, do you not want people to visit and give your country money , total incompetence

Fraudulent website!
Luckily, no money was taken from my account but now I worry about all the personal information that I provided. Needs to be taken down urgently!

Don't use this company Charges exorbitant price which is only 7 dollars on the official site They do not show the true cost on checkout
When I realised and cancelled immediately they still charged about 1/3 of the full cost Canada tourism would close this site down

Same as the others. I got my ETA instantly, but payed way overprice, as the price is not shown until the last stage, where you approve through your bank - I was just to quick to approve, as I though the price was 7$ as stated on the official website, which I thought this was.

This company appears as a Sponsored link on Google if you are searching to apply for a Canada ETA visa. They are not legitimate.
You need to use the government website Canada.ca

Why is the Canadian government not shutting this website down as they are collecting customer sensitive data fruadulently? They set up their website to mimic the official Canadian website and mask who they really are from an unsuspecting user. They charged me $59, did not send any email confirmation of the application and I haven't received any communication from them at the time of writing this review. When I didn't receive my ETA approval this morning as expected, I decided to have a look again. I processed my eTA on the official website this time for $7 and got my eTA approval instantly. Pls look out for for these 2 websites

Same as others, I thought it was an official site for applying eTA to Canada because of the business name in website. Costed me $99 instead of C$7. The charges was far too high than it should be. It’s a scram site. Careful!

Just as the others wrote. Deceptive scam website that charges 10x the actual fee for eta. Also, when I contacted them, 0 response. SHAME ON YOU

Don’t use this site, Canada Priority eTa, as the fees does not match the value. They don’t show the fee until the final stage and because you don’t know the actual cost and thinking it’s the Canadian Government site, you pay. As of Feb. 2024, actual cost is C$7 but this company charged C$85 and you still have to fill in all the required details and wait.Don’t use this as there’s no value added.

I've never been caught before, a well written exploitative website catching people out. Don't use this scam.

Very well disguised to look like a government site but is nothing more than a way to squeeze money from people. They take the 7 dollar fee for the eta and then charged me over €70 two days later as a service fee. Disgusted I fell for this

Avoid this company, I stupidly used this site rushing and thought it was the regular government site and got charged $99 instead of the usual $7
Within 4 minutes of application sent I realised and asked for a refund. 7 hours later I got approval e mail on my eta. I have had so many emails back and forth in last two days trying to understand what their cancellation policy means as it states 30 days cancellation policy providing the eta isn’t already approved, my was submitted at 15.31 and at 15.35 I sent the cancellation and refund required email and I’m not entitled to a refund! So their cancellation policy is null and void. they also give perks and benefits in using their service, I yet to find out what perks and benefits I get for paying then an addtl $92 over and above the normal $7 fee! I’ve also looked on Canadian govt website and entered the eta number this company gave me and guess what? Nothing comes up so I’m now waiting for more stress from this terrible company.
Please please don’t do what I did and take more take to ensure you are not using a company that is ripping you off.

Do yourself a favour and do not use them. The page looked official an only under FAQ it say it is a private company and that it cost 79$ to get the ETA. I have asked for a refund for weeks now and they keep asking me to use a refund request form that is not on their website. I have even asked a friend to look for the form and it is nowhere to be found and 10 mails later they are still asking me to use it, because the cannot refund without it being filled out.
I reckon it is a scam and they are just waiting for me to give up asking for a refund out of frustration!
So do yourself a favour do not use them.
Sadly I accidently thought they where official so I am stuck with them until they figure out how to refund my money. Do not do the same you will indeed regret it.
Sadly my visit to Canada starts on a very bad experience.

My wife thought it was the Canadian Government. They would have charged $7.00 CDN instead of the $116.28 that these cloak and dagger guys did. I'm surprised but relieved that the ETA seems to be valid. Next time I'll be involved to make sure we just use the Canadian Government Services directly as fee of $109 is completely over the top.

If you need an ETA in order to fly to Canada this operator will process your application - for a fee! If you use the official Canadian government site the cost is around £10.

I am usually not duped, but this time I thought this was the official Canadian site. It did strike me as a bit strange that when I entered my debit card information, it did not say how much it was being charged, but it still did not occur to me that these are ripoff artists. I did get an eta that is in the Canadian system, but for $92! I had no idea that is what they’d charge - it did not say on the application form.

Internet criminelen. Dit is een doorgeefluik, niet intrappen! Ga naar de site van de overheid! Er moet in de link “government” bij staan anders doe het niet om daar een ETA formulier voor Canada aan te vragen. Je betaald hier €69 en bij de officiële site van het government €4,81.
