Gifted voucher registration issue
I was gifted a voucher and had issue when attempting to exchange for another experience. System was stating voucher was already registered. I contacted customer service and customer service rep Lufti was able to resolve my issues very quickly. A+ service!

I booked voucher for the Summit One…
I booked voucher for the Summit One Vanderbilt in NYC, but unfortunately, my favourite time slots were not available.
Bronwyn from Customer service reached out to me and try to help offering other time slots but it didn't work out. I ended up being fully refunded.
I'm disappointed that I can't book the experience through Virgin Gift, but very happy with the customer service.
