They make rules very confusing; customer service slow and not helpful
They make rules very confusing, particularly around redeeming gift cards. I received a gift card and saw they had a promotion to sign up on their email/text. After I did that, there is no option to apply the gift card for payment. I’ve never seen a place which gift cards cannot be directly redeemed (aka if you are gifted a $20 gift card, the recipient cannot use any promo code/discount on the entire experience). Also, customer service is slow and not helpful. Will steer away from this going forward and hope friends don’t give it out as a gift.

Great ideas for gift giving. Easy to search by location or by type of event etc. Only suggestion, when different options are available perhaps show them on main screen rather than having to add selection to the cart to see them

I was wondering to buy gift certificates for Piva beer spa but I just realized you guys offer wrong services . I just checked their website and they don’t offer anymore this services specifically there is no human massage there is a zero gravity massage chair instead also no beer mask in relaxation room !!!! So I will buy gift card from their website at lease I know what they truly offer! Hopefully you guys fix the problem soon.
