Bronwyn made my experience great! I’m at the age where not being able to speak to someone made me uncomfortable, but Bronwyn communicated with me with a response time that was even better than a phone call since no hold time. Was able to check back at a time convenient for me and a response was there! Very comforting. Also, Bronwyn was kind, personable and engaging. A truly remarkable customer service experience. I did not need my egift at this time but will certainly purchase this product for my children for their next gifts because of this experience.

I couldn't use it on my experience that they had on thier list. It was up at least a week ago, but something changed and created a lot if stress and then I had to wait to get my refund delaying my ability to buy tickets and additional experiences.

A glitch in the experience voucher was resolved to my complete satisfaction
I had an issue with the experience voucher that was resolved fully and promptly by Bronwyn. She was unfailingly courteous and professional. I recommend Virgin Gifts because they have a wide variety of experiences suited to every taste, and even when things they go wrong, their customer service personnel are real humans conversant in the system capable of fixing the problem. They treat you like a customer who matters no matter how much or how little you spent, and that is a rare approach these days.
