I was given a gift from a previous employer and the gift was left in that email inbox. Never used. Out of sight out of mind. New Co-Workers had a conversation about Virgin and I thought that I would reach out to see if there were anyway this could be found. **NO EXP DATE** Is a MAJOR plus. As they were able to locate the sizeable gift and forward to me. Lufti was great and followed up with the best news ever. I'm looking forward to Kayaking with my Daughter this summer via Virgin Experience. Wahoo!

I’m pleasantly surprised! I was able to get an incredible discount to purchase and book a same day trip to Balian Springs day spa in Alexandria, VA. This place lives up to all the hype! So glad I went on a week day.
I booked a mini facial and foot massage shortly after arriving. Each were 25 mins and just what I needed.
Note: I came around 3:00 pm and the full body massages were all booked. Plan ahead!
All the staff were super nice. Met Manager (or owner) Kevin and he was such a gem. The place wasn’t too crowded on the week day I went. It was perfect!

Communication from them was fantastic and I was kept informed every step of the way.
