Absolute joke of a platform
Absolute joke of a platform. Terrible customer service. I ordered a gift voucher for family and when I came to use it I could not get in touch with the provider. I tried to resolve this with virgin gifts but they aren’t interested as I bought the voucher at Christmas. It’s absolutely appalling and I strongly discourage people from using this platform. There are much better experience day companies who care about their customers experience. Thank you for nothing!

I purchased this gift certificate for my brothers 50th - 10 years ago. He has not used it and does not plan on it. I keep checking on it from time to time to make sure it is still active - never expires. Note: I purchased this from Cloud 9 not Virgin Gifts. I believe Virgin Gifts either bought or acquired Cloud 9. Any way, I checked on it today and could not access it. One e-mail and about 10 minutes and I have access!
