So, I purchased a Virginexperience voucher for my grandkids’ birthdays. Unfortunately, I skipped a letter in my email address so I did not receive the voucher. I reviewed the receipt and noticed my error. I admit that my heart sank. I feared I would never be able to get any help retrieving the voucher. I sent Virgin Experience a text with little confidence that anyone would respond. To my surprise and relief, I received a response from Bulelwa within 24 hours along with the trip voucher, all sent to my corrected email address. Thank you, Bulelwa for the best customer service!!!

The voucher is not redeemable at the Mercer Labs website when buying a ticket. I got a message that it is invalid. I sent an email as instructed to book the tickets and have yet to receive a response. If I will be able to redeem the voucher before my trip tomorrow I will update the review.

We do have set booking processes with our suppliers, so all bookings need to go through the Virgin Experience Days website to make sure the voucher details are applied correctly. We always recommend booking at least 2 days in advance. Once your request is submitted, the supplier will get back to you as quickly as possible. - Kay

I did almost all of my Christmas shopping at Virgin Gifts. My adult kids are located in three different states which make it a real challenge to choose and send gifts.
