This company is a scam. They never pay their suppliers. They have been promising and promising. Never answer their emails, never answer their calls. Supplier website is down. Be aware and keep away.

Desaster

Desaster! Finger weg als Mietwagenunternehmer. Inzwischen gibt es gar keinen Kontakt mehr und auch die Website sieht "geschlossen" aus. Es wurden mehrere Trips immer 1 Tag vorher gecanceled. Ich denke mal der ganze Laden ist inzwischen abgesoffen - würde mich nicht wundern. Alles sehr sehr unseriös. Liest man von Kunden- als auch Transportunternhemerseite.

BUGIE E TRANSFER NON PAGATI

Ho lavorato come fornitore in Italia per un periodo e non è andata affatto bene. All'inizio promettevano agli autisti partner, accordi di lavoro sicuri e pagamenti regolari, in base anche ad un nostro listino prezzi. Inutile dire che la realtà è stata un'altra. Ho effettuato per loro 2 transfer nei periodi di luglio ed agosto 2021 senza mai però ricevere alcun pagamento. Ho sollecitato più volte al telefono e per email per avere le fatture pagate dei transfer ma alla fine non ho mai ricevuto i miei soldi. Molto disorganizzati e disonesti. Brutta esperienza!! Sconsigliato!!

Unzuverlässiger Partner! keine Zusammenarbeit ratsam

Ich gebe die Bewertung als Personenbeförderer ab. Vipper hat die bestellte Tour, die von mir ausgeführt wurde, nicht bezahlt. Dieses Unternehmen ist in Wirklichkeit keins. Ich wurde für eine Lastminutfahrt gebucht, als der Kunde bereits im Flughafen stand und auf die Beförderung wartete. Er hat weder den erhofften Flug nach Leipzig bekommen noch ein Shuttle für die Fahrt, für die ich kurzfristig mit Preiszusage und Auftragsbestätigung beauftragt wurde. Auftrag erfüllt, Rechnung aber nicht bezahlt.
3 Wochen zuvor habe ich mich bezüglich einer Zusammenarbeit mit Igor und David getroffen. Es wurde nichts vereinbart und der Auftrag kam überraschend. In dem ersten Treffen fehlte die Ernsthaftigkeit und der Kooperationsvorschlag in Zahlen und Bedingungen, es wurde nichts angeboten. Ich gehe davon aus dass auf diese Weise mehrere Unternehmer um ihr Geld geprellt wurden.

Financial Scam Company

For Transport company's that are offered to work with. Please be aware that this company will NOT pay out you money for your job done. They may give you one ride and pay for it in the beginning to lure you in. At this point we have even talked with them and sent letters, in return they replay that everything will be payed, but we haven't seen any payments for 6 months. (They can even come over and have as they call a little ''meeting'', in reality it is just a simple scam) Everything that they guarantee is just a lie. Please be careful!!!

Vipper .... the reality.

I was a supplier of this guys for few months and I would like to share my experience.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and they are very nice over the phone specially 2 gentlemen, the first is called David, the second one is Igor.

Now this company offer you flight tickets between airports and send you a car to do the job, you will be there on time for your connection flight as they book the car on time and you will not miss your connection flight.

The main reason why they offer this type of non existence flight lines is to get transferred to other airport where flight do exist to your destination.

Now as a customer you may like that but some others prefer a plane to take them from Airport A to Airport B.

As far as I have seen, the flight tickets are way cheaper than booking a car so the company are subsidising the driver to cover the extra cost.

Now as mentioned above, I was a chauffeur supplier for this company and as it’s a very new established company you find it very easy to communicate with them when you have any questions, except questions about getting paid.

Oh yes you read that correct “Getting paid” now to be fair we got paid for every job we have done but this has happened after multiple emails and phone calls and other legal communication and social media pressure.

We have finally decided to not work for this company anymore until they start paying people on time.

My conclusion is: As a customer you may find this very cheap and convenient, but you may feel miss sold at the same time.
As a driver or a supplier, I highly warn you not to do much work for them and put your self in a lot of depts as you have to wait long to get paid.

Advice: Paying your drivers on time will keep you going as at some point, you will not find any one to take your clients form any airport in Europe.

SCAM.. they sell shuttles as flights and you notice it until you try the check in.

I booked a FLIGHT for my family (3 members) and IT IS NOT A FLIGHT. Everywhere it says "flight number" but such flight doesn't exist. So I have paid 150 (each) for a 1.5 hours shuttle. I could have driven myself if I knew that!! I can't use any other word... this is a SCAM.

Driver was too late at the pick-up…

Driver was too late at the pick-up point + it was hard to see where the exact point was.
Plus: and very much not OK: Driver was not wearing his mask during the trip!!

Contacts with vipper staff are pleasant and professional; payments are correct but rather late. On-line allocation of new trips is not working for me, but this should improve once the site is in production, where it currently still is in test.
