Shouldn't get any stars and I can't believe the website is still live as it's pure robbing. As other people have mentioned, the payment was taken straight away and then that's it, sit and wait for nothing with no correspondence at all. Do yourself a favour and send them nothing but bad thoughts

A bunch of crooks Ordered a bike but received a pair of fake sunglasses. I can forgive them and set them free in the mighty Name of JESUS. But would do everything I can to prevent them to rob the next law-abiding person

I have yet to receive my order placed in May and have yet to receive a reply to two requests, Sent a bogus tracking number about the shipping. They certainly charged it to my account right away, but I haven't heard anything from this company since. Fraud Company stay away.

I purchased a pair of "chaco" sandals, thinking that this was an outlet website of sorts. I obviously should have looked at store reviews before I clicked purchase, but had reviewed the return policy, and expected I could return the item if it didn't work out. Instead, not only did I receive the wrong item, the shoes were a very poor quality knock off. When I tried to return them, since they were NOT the item I purchased, I received several unhelpful emails, and then would have needed to pay for return shipping--over $30--for receiving THE WRONG ITEM--and am not sure I would ever see a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I ordered two touchless thermometers and only received one. Rip off

My kids bought me Chacos for my birthday a month ago, still nothing. No response from seller. We fear our money is gone. Not a legitimate business, appears to be fake business in China.

it’s been over a month and I still haven’t seen my package. if I would’ve known it would’ve taken so long I would’ve not have given this website my money. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this website unless you wanna wait over a month to even see your package.

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Focus VIP Stores is a dishonest, unorganized and deceptive entity headquartered in Puerto Rico. Their one and only published contact phone number is connected to an answering device with the recorded message in Spanish. There is not an opportunity to leave a vmm. IF and when you receive a response to ANY of your email messages, it is days later with apologies and promises to communicate with their distribution/fulfillment center to resolve the problem...which never happens. My purchase was initiated on 4/16 (and charged to my cc the same day) and was received damaged 6 days later. Damage occurred as a result of improper and non-protective packaging materials used. I have generated to date 6 emails trying to get a replacement along with a return shipping label to return the damaged piece. It's May 27th and I still cannot get them to follow through with their promise to provide a replacement. I will continue to be their worse nightmare until they satisfy my simple request...own up to your incompetence and replace the mdse. Simple.

Purchased an Infared Digital Thermometer with 50 masks on April 17th and received it on May 22nd with no masks. So without the masks the actual price of the thermometer is VERY inflated and they do not seem to respond to my emails, thus the bad review. Would just like them to make it right !

Scam, stay away. They will take your money and it will take months before you see the product.

This store took over a month to get me my merchandise, I sent messages for the status and to cancel but never got any responses. The item finally arrived but I didn’t try to use it into a couple weeks later but it would’nt power on. The batteries were new but the device would not work. The site says refunds only considered if requested within 30 days of ordering. Now remember it took me almost 6 weeks just to receive it... so I’m screwed. $65 gone down the drain!

I would love to review the product - I ordered a forehead thermometer. I ordered it on April 3, and they wacked my credit card instantly. Still don't have a month and a half later.

Do NOT deal with this company.They are not at all reliable or dependable. They continue to lie about my shipment. Product not delivered or even in stock yet they continue to say it's on the way. They also refuse to credit the card and cancel the order. They have listed "values" that they supposedly run this company by. Those have all been violated.

This company is a con, I ordered ther fitness unit costing $30.00 to receive a $1 skipping rope. And was advised as the package reached they couldn't do anything. Word of warning do not purchase from this company unless you want to waste your time and money

Received infrared thermometers in about 2 weeks. Initially gave bad review.
