The product I received was not as described and looked like a cheap imitation.It took weeks to arrive, and even then, it wasn’t usable. When I contacted support, they delayed responses and avoided giving a proper solution.They tried to offer a partial refund instead of resolving the issue properly. Many reviews mention similar problems like wrong items and no proper refunds.This platform does not seem reliable at all. Be very careful before spending your money here.

Very bad experience with Cupami. I ordered a product that looked high quality in pictures, but what I received was completely different. Yo también fuí estafada, me llegó un drum mucho mas económico que el que compré. Visa no ha querido reclamar nada y ellos nunca han devuelto los 20 dólares USA que me prometieron. Pero al menos suena bien el pequeño drum. No hay que comprar por internet y menos a compañías tan lejanas que no tienes como comprobar quien hay atrás. Fomentemos el comercio de barrio y de nuestras ciudades y pueblos. Y si compramos por internet a ellos, no a empresas lejanas.

FRAUD - SCAM - should be shut down... however many websites or so called "eCommerce" sites they pop back up under. Had same issue as - order an item and totally did NOT get the ordered item...it was for xmas gift....so asked to get correct item... nope, they said they couldn't do....had been working with "Karen"... holywellmde8094@g****com and karenspencer7064@g****com...since January who said I only could get 20% refund...now the "Cupami" website is shut down and "Karen" won't respond to my emails.. probably block it.. Fool me once...but not again ! And they wonder why they (China) gets a bad rap...

this is a fraud. They send me a wrong product much less than I bought. I will try to denounce them with other custumers. Also i will try to denounce to european comunity. And to Visa card society

Eigentlich würde ich keinen Stern geben und stimme allen hier gemachten Bewertungen zu. Ich bin auch darauf reingefallen. Große Handtrommel bestellt und eine total kleine minderwertige Ware erhalten. Kulanz: 15 % Nachlass. Grummel. Was für ein Shit!!!! Die gesamte Korrespondenz verläuft im Sand. Man wird ignoriert oder bekommt immer wieder - wohl als automatische Antwort abgespeichert - die selbe Rückmeldung. FINGER WEG!

Ignore the one star for this company. There just wasn't an option to give it no stars. First, the product I received was not what I ordered. It was too small and wasn't even properly tuned. It took a month to be delivered and then, took another month to get a response to my complaint emails. Eventually, they offered a 15% refund, which was unsatisfactory because they were still selling the crappy drum they sent me for less than that. My demands for a total refund have been ignored. The Cupami website now says the store is closed and my emails are bouncing! Clearly, this was never a legitimate business. Just a scam. I want to know, how do we launch a class action lawsuit? Bad actors like these should be banned from ever engaging in e-commerce, or any other type of business. My lesson: never buy instruments from sellers who are not vetted by legitimate e-commerce vendors. A costly lesson, indeed. 🤬

Scam! Received a 20 cm horrible quality, wrongly colored item. Not like the pictures and videos at all. 60USD for a toddler's toy.

Bought a drum for £80 receive one worth about £20 have had no end of problems trying to return it they said we needed to pay for the return do not use this company they are a complete sham. We still have the small inferior drum which sounds horrible. Now no one will answer our correspondence. More than frustrating.

I ordered a hang drum ($49.99) as a Christmas gift. It was promised/guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It did not arrive until January. The item was not as described. It was teeny tiny... like a toy for a little child. It came from China ... no returns. I feel it was a big scam.

Item other than pictured, incomplete.
No response to submitted complaints.

Compré un jan de 60 dolares y me dieron uno de 15 dolares.
No compréis en esta web sino queréis que os estafen.
Llevo 10 emails con Becky y cada vez me da un mayor descuento, he llegado a conseguir un 40%.
Empresas que no deberían existir ya que ganan el dinero estafando y engañando a sus cliente.
Espero que el karma os devuelva todo lo que estáis haciendo.
