Discount code was not validating
I had a discount code I was trying to use for my first order. For some reason, it would not pull up. It is valid from Hannity. I had to search h for another discount for the same amount for it to go through. This is the reason for the 3. Everything else in regards to ordering was pretty standard.

Mind Blowing Information
I ordered the test from Viome and sent in right before I left to go on a 30 days trip outside the US. The results of the tests came back fairly quickly. I'm still going through them trying to process the information and how it could help me. For many years I have been eating things that I should have been avoiding. I hope that I can use the information that I received from Viome to help me become a healthier person. I believe it was definitely worth the cost.

There are foods listed for me avoid that do not brother me to eat then there are foods list as superfoods for me that really bother my system. I don't think their list of food classifications are very accurate. Plus I think they are just trying to sell their vitamins.

This review is long overdue - endured a fiasco situation!
This review is long overdue. I used the Viome service from 7/22 to 8/24. To the best of my knowledge looking back over my records I took 5 tests, I believe 3 of these were the Full Body Intelligence Test. I took their supplements/pre-probiotics for around a year, maybe longer. I didn't find their supplements to be helpful and at one point I started shedding hair because the amount of Vitamin A and E was so high so I had my formula changed. The pre-probiotics were fine, I had to ease into them at first. I followed the food recommendations for a long time but didn't notice any positive changes. My biggest concern about Viome is that two of my Full Body Intelligence Test indicated that I had a deadly parasite, Trypanosoma brucei which is contracted from a tsetse fly from which is found in the west and central parts of Africa (which I had never been to). It took me a while to realize the I had this parasite because it's not obvious from the test results, you literally have to manually research each Eukaryote to learn exactly what it is...very laborious process. As one can imagine when I learned I had a deadly virus I was extremely concerned, even bought the Full Body Intelligence test again (most expensive) to confirm. I reached out to the company and was told to contact an infectious disease doctor and that there tests while they considered reliable, are not 100% perfect. I spent countless hours investigating this parasite, emailing specialists and trying to find an infectious disease doctor that would see me - this was extremely difficult because none of them thought I actually had this parasite. I finally found a doctor that would see me and they ran some tests and contacted the CDC. My bloodwork showed no signs of a parasite infection thus any further action came to an abrupt end. The CDC was not interested in helping me find a specialized test for this parasite - these specialized tests are not even available in the US. I reached out to doctors who specialize in this parasite infection and was told there was zero chance I had this parasite. Also, no doctor was interested in Viome testing methods, despite my attempts to explain them. Anyway, I am still alive and all my subsequent lab work shows no signs of a serious parasite infection. I also think it's worth mentioning that I referred 2 people to Viome, both who quit using it for various reasons. One of which was told she had a malaria related parasite...and again she was unable to find good answers or help. I could go on but this is all the energy I have left to spend on this company. It wasn't a good experience - it was expensive and exhausting.
Looking at your reply to my review. To clarify the assistance I received from your company was to tell me to make an appointment with an infectious disease doctor. I understand you’re a “wellness” company not a qualified medical professional.

The test was easy enough but the whole thing ended up being a front for high pressure sales tactics to push all sorts of other products and services. In summary the results said, you are in bad shape and need to spend some serious money on all our products if you ever hope to be well again.
