My First Test Results
My test results and food recommendations were quite surprising, especially my “superfoods” and “avoid foods”. I’ve been dealing with rosacea for 8+ years, so I’m hopeful it will diminish once I’ve followed Viome’s personalized food recommendations and taken my personalized supplements.

No more shooting in the dark when choosing food
My Viome experience has been incredible and my stubborn eczema issue has cleared up completely. Most helpful is the list of foods to eat or avoid. What a relief to know this, instead of shooting in the dark. The AI Health Agent and recipes are also amazing! I purchased one kit for my daughter and decided to get one for my husband. My sister had also bought the kit and together we were discovering some important things about food choices and the impacts on microbiome balance and more.
When I was trying to purchase the kit, I was struggling with the app and the discount code. THe BOT was giving me repeated info. THEN a live person got on the chat and fixed everything right away.
Great CS experience when I expected a BOT loop.

Viome did not work for me
I took Viome's Gut Health supplement for about a year and never noticed any positive changes. I only noticed one change early on... At first I thought I was thinking more clearly but it deteriorated into such paranoia that I suddenly wanted to divorce my husband. Fortunately, I didn't. That feeling faded, but the belly bloating never did, so I finally quit taking Viome. I had such high hopes, but ultimately, Viome did not work for me.
