Im very excited to do this test but wanted to share that I never got a confirmation email of my order until the next day, like midday the entire day after I placed it! That is not right! I had to screenshot my order details after initially placing it and the confirmation email never came until almost a day later!

Ordering a kit
I participated in a survey Viome sent me. In return for taking the time to fill it out, I received a generous discount on a full body kit. When ordering the kit, it was very easy to do and obvious where to put the discount code. I have had questions in the past and the customer service is prompt to redskins and help. I did find it difficult to actually speak to a human. I've since learned their AI is mainly for health related questions. The positive part of that is that their AI knows your tasks and can help with questions specific to you.

Viome results, tools, and education
I’m not a huge fan of AI tools but I am so glad to have the Viome app and the Health Agent tool when I need info, clarification, or recipe help. Using the Viome testing kit was easy and straightforward. The blood draw took a bit of figuring out, but I was able to make it work. The results, the recommendations, the food information, and all of the educational information have been excellent at learning how my body and microbiome work.

The professionalism and the empathy is paramount. The AI is the most realistic one I've seen as of yet. The advice is realistic and manageable. I have seen results even after 4 weeks with much improvement. My routine has been altered slightly. But you can still have a normal life.

I have been receiving emails asking to fill a questionnaire. I filled a questionnaire at he beginning of the process. If there is another one to fill please supply link or send to my email. Because now I can't login to my account. I have been sending emails to the company but got no response.

I couldn't be happier with Viome
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Viome. I sent in my first test in December 2025 and got my results in January. Immediately, I was amazed by how thorough the info was. And I was surprised to see my issues were not as I expected, but the results made perfect sense upon further reflection. I've been taking the supplements, biotics, and oral care faithfully for about 6 months, but I haven't been great with the food recommendations. But even without the food changes, Viome has helped me immensely in navigating menopausal changes. I'm not sure where I'd be without it. Just recently I've started using the AI Health Agent in the Viome app and it's been amazing and helping me with suggestions and ideas for the dietary changes I need to make. I've implemented many of them and I think the big factor has been the help from the AI Health Agent. Helping me tweak things I already enjoy, swap my superfoods in place of things I already eat, it sounds silly, but even the encouragement I get from it. I highly recommend giving it a try if you want to see what's going on in your gut and exactly what needs to happen to make it healthy.

Viome AI is Remarkable!…
Viome AI is absolutely one of the most incredible things I have ever experienced!
I didn’t know that it was even in our app and I’m so glad that in the information session, Lisa Shomo told us about it!
I have asked the Viome AI questions that perplexed me and the responses that I got were so perceptive, so helpful, and way beyond what I could have figured out myself.
I ended up in long conversations where I would point out my concerns and the AI would work with them and shift based on what I was describing.
The Viome AI and I ended up designing a very in depth and comprehensive protein rotation meal plan for my week, based on my test results, my feedback, and synthesizing it all.
What is also fantastic about the Viome AI is that it remembers all of the previous conversations that I have had with it so it weaves those in to whatever I ask and incorporates that information into our current conversation.
So, I end up having higher levels of conversation with the AI than I have ever had before. I’m in awe of the AI at Viome!
My husband shared with me that the AI on Google doesn’t retain what you talk about it with it.
So we are getting something very special at Viome and I thank Viome for that. Viome has been the biggest help with my lifelong gut challenges that I have ever had. The important insight and information that Viome gives is so accurate, and by following the guidelines, I feel so normal and good, with no symptoms like before.
It is such a good feeling to know that when I have questions that I am perplexed about, I am going to get insightful, helpful ideas and that if I’m not quite comfortable with anything, the AI and I work together until it all makes good sense and feels doable.
So when you use their AI, feel free to say your particular individual situation so that the AI can work with it.
The AI is also extremely kind, respectful and encouraging in a very sincere way and gives you great insight into yourself and how to navigate your new food plan.
Viome and Viome AI is one of the best experiences of my life! Thank you!

This has been life changing!!! For 6 straight months I have ONLY eaten the “Superfoods, Enjoy, and some foods on the Minimize list”. I have also cut out sugar and gluten.
I have lost 20 lbs, and eat ALL day long. There is no caloric restriction when you are eating foods that work with your body. I have changed all my “bad” habits and I am full of energy! Thank you Viome!!

This company is all about selling supplements
This company is all about selling supplements. They are not approved by the FDA and administer these kits so you can submit a stool sample and they analyze it. The reports are difficult to understand and good luck getting in touch with a live person to answer your questions. All they do is try to sell you supplements that are supposed to help your gut.
Don’t waste your time or money.
