I requested the code for a discount. Did not receive it do I ordered the product and after I paid for it I received the code. When I reached out to customer service the chat told me I cannot use the code. 2 days after ordered was placed I received notification of $100 off.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Viome! I ordered the full body screening. From the time I ordered the kit through receiving my results, the company was communicative, responsive and very thorough. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the kit provided everything required to obtain the specimens quickly and efficiently. The mailing instructions were simple and the app itself is very user friendly. They notified me when they received my specimens and sent a 23 page comprehensive document upon completion. Not only did they write a synopsis about every aspect of my health, what is currently balanced, what needs improvement but also areas of concern but recommendations for improvement. In addition, a full list of foods was given in different categories along with helpful supplements. I had been eating so many foods daily that were on the minimize and avoid list. Within a week of changing multiple habits, I am very surprised how much better I feel everyday! I have struggled with GI issues for years and several GI Dr's have not been able to help me. I was skeptical at first but also desperate to feel better. I am so grateful for this test and can't express enough how incredibly helpful and enlightening it was! My quality of life has improved dramatically. Customer service has also reached out to review my results. I would 100% recommend this test to anyone!! It has been life changing, thank you!!

The only negative was that for some reason my order didn't go through initially so there was more than a two week delay but I was helped by someone who took care of that right away.

2 separate charges after I upgraded during checkout to higher meds and vip + status supposed to have case manager and direct contact to someone that hasn’t happen ? Defective/leaky collection kit w/ no speedy replacement
I finally pulled the trigger to order the expensive kit because I really want to get some feedback, and waited anxiously for the kit to arrive, ready to send it in right away. The kit arrived with the stool sample collection kit tube having leaked the preservative liquid in transit to me. I called to get a replacement and was told that even though the kit was defective, there was no way they could expedite the replacement to me.
So now, I’m sitting here having to wait another week to collect and send the kits in.
Pretty disappointed in the customer service.
