I had to contact them a few times and ask them to ship my order. Every time I asked them politely when they will ship it, they gave me attitude. I waited over 2 months for my items to arrive. Quality of their frames turned out to be total garbage.

They have the dopest glasses with a good price, but they also have the worst customer service in the whole world. You order something today and you pay 25$ for the express delivery and then it took them at least a week to ship your order. Last summer I ordered a pair of glasses from them I was supposed to get the glasses after 3 days ,unfortunately I received it after 2 months. They don’t want to give you refund they will always avoid that. They will never reply to your emails , and they will never care about you.

If they screw up your order like they did mine, they'll do nothing to make it right. Lied about sending a refund. Won't send me a shipping label to send it back. They're customer service is PAINFULLY bad. No phone #, chat guy Mike takes forever to respond and they don't respond to emails. I can't urge you enough to buy your frames somewhere else

I now own at least 20 pairs of Vintage…
I now own at least 20 pairs of Vintage Frames, I live in the U.K. and I literally receive them after ordering within 1 or 2 days and I believe they actually come from Canada, clearly they have an insanely great dispatch team/service and you really can’t fault the frames which always arrive pristine. Thank you for the amazing frame service!!

I have made an order from this website 2 months ago. After 1 month of waiting, they said that the glasses I ordered and paid $650 USD were out of stock. I requested a refund but it has been 2 months. I still haven't got the glasses or my money back.
Their team is so unprofessional. When I requested the refund they said that they couldn't do it because he was in the middle of something else. I have reported the website for fraud
I do not recommend anyone buying from this website.
