An excellent transaction. I was worried as goods were coming from Denmark to the UK but all was well. Absolutely delighted with the boots and more importantly so is the better half.

Poor quality and even worse customer service

I purchased the Richee loafer from Vinny's in December. After wearing the loafers only once, the heel padding came completely off, hurting my feet and making the loafer impossible to wear. This alone is disappointing and far from the quality the brand claims to stand for.

I contacted customer service and provided photos, but instead of offering a replacement or proper solution, I was told to take the shoes to a cobbler. I did - and even the cobbler said the shoes could not be fixed in a proper or lasting way.

For a nearly new product to fall apart after one wear is unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the slow and lackluster 'auto generated' communication from Vinny's and the lack of responsibility for a clearly defective product.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from Vinny's based on this experience.

We're sorry for the experience you've had with our shoes. That is, of course, not what we aim for. That being said, we do not think you're being completely fair in your review.

1) We did not offer you a replacement because you explicitly in your email to us, made aware, that you did not want a replacement pair.

2) You asked us to find a solution, and our colleagues offered a solution - from a non-auto-generated email - that you could get them fixed at a shoe cobble. This is because this solution has worked very well before.

For our solution not to work, we're of course sorry. Again, this solution has worked very well before, so it was with only good intentions that we suggested it.

We're sorry that this is the way it turned out, and do hope that you would give us a chance again, sometime in the future. We believe that you, by now, should have received a new answer from us and a notification of a refund.

Pull tabs on the Officer Boot

One of the pull tabs on the pair of officer boots I ordered, broke at my first attempt of trying to put the boots on, without putting much pressure on it.
I did not realize the pull tabs are for decoration only, and not meant to be used.

Shady experience

They sent the wrong size shoes…which were also clearly worn/not new. They had extremely slow customer service, and failed to provide a shipping label when I went through their return process. Same quality loafers are available elsewhere, with less hassle, for the same or less money.
