We have just followed up on your shipment, and it seems to have been stuck in customs, on the US side, due to some missing information. The missing information is usually always with the shipment, so we're sorry that it wasn't in this case.

We just forwarded the information and are pushing for it to be released ASAP. Have in mind, though, that US customs at the moment is proving a bit difficult, but rest assured, we're doing all that we can.

Qualité du produit vs service de livraison

Le service d’expédition et de livraison est très satisfaisant ; toutefois, le cuir de la chaussure est irrégulier et présente des zones rugueuses alors qu’il devait être lisse, ce qui soulève des doutes sur un éventuel défaut de fabrication ou un invendu, et si cela avait été porté à ma connaissance, je ne suis pas certain que j’aurais acheté ce produit.

Jeg vil rose jeres kundeservice, efter jeg oplevede en defekt i læderet på en sko jeg næsten lige havde købt inde hos jer. Efter at have snakket lidt med jeres kundeservice, kunne i godt se problemet, og det ændre med jeg fik et par nye. Jeg synes det var super god stil, og det bliver nedstemt ikke det sidste par sko jeg køber inde ved jer.

We're sorry to hear about the issues with FedEx.

This is quite an unfortunate chain of events. So, first of all, your order was placed on the 27th, and due to the weekend and us moving to a new warehouse, which was communicated on our website and on all order confirmations, we were not able to ship until the 31st. Then your order got hit by a clearance delay, in customs, but also (when you look at the tracking information) a delay caused by local delivery restrictions. This is all something that is out of our hands; we simply cannot control clearance delays and local delivery restrictions. So while we understand your frustration, we do not believe this review is fair.

What we make sure to do, with all US shipments, is to make sure the orders are accompanied by the necessary customs documents for clearance, but that does not mean they cannot be delayed.

Lastly, you're right, we do not have a phone number, but we do have our customer service, which you can always reach out to.

I ordered my first pair and it will take a long time to arrive.

I ordered my first pair. I decided to pay for a 2nd product to get the free shipping. The promise is a fast shipping with FEDEX 2-3 days.
I had to contact the customer service to know why I never got a tracking # after days of the purchase. Then I received the info that the company is changing warehouse and this has impacted my order.
Finally they have been sent...and it is FAR from an expedite service with FEDEX. The crazy part is that customer services suggestes me to be patient. I purchased the shoes March 21 and today April 5 the shoes are in France. Sorry, but never again...I needed them for a wedding.

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing.

When you placed your order, our website and your order confirmation communicated that we were in the middle of a warehouse move, which would affect your order, and provided an estimated time of dispatch. We incurred some challenges, which caused a further delay; this was also communicated. So while we understand your frustration, especially when you needed them for a wedding, we believe that we communicated and acted in the best way that we could, given that we're in the middle of moving to a new warehouse. Which is quite a big operation.

We truly hope that you would give us a chance again, as we are now done with the move, so we can get a fair chance of proving that we actually do ship quite fast.

The shoes appeared to have already been worn, not merely tried on once or twice, with bent leather on top. They were damaged very quickly after light use on slightly damp pavement, and moisture infiltrated them.

Vinny man, your shoes don't owe me a dime! Once again I purchased a pair of Yardee loafers. I already have the black lizard, and the brown lizard, and now a new pair in solid burgundy. The color is perfect and they fit like slippers. I wear a pair almost everyday!

The wrong show delivered is, of course, not good enough; our warehouse made a mix-up, and we have informed them about the mistake. We apologize.

But we're a bit curious to know why you think the way our customer service team handled it was bad. You reached out to us about the mistake on the 26 of February. We answered on the 27th, apologized for the mistake, and offered to find a solution. Your reply was that you have now found a solution and will be sending the shoes back. We then replied that we were happy to hear, and if there was anything, you were more than welcome to reach out. You did not.

Let us know, so we may find out where it went wrong - besides the wrong delivered shoes, of course.
