I hadn’t booked with Villa Finder before so I even spoke with Sharon on the phone, and then asked a lot of questions over a few emails - both before booking and after booking. Sharon was so helpful in continuing to give me options that suited my dates and answer all my questions. I never had to wait long to hear back.
After our stay in Swan Villa 3 in Seminyak, Sofi followed up. When our refund of the one night bond came through right at the same time our credit card was cancelled, Sofi was quick to respond and stayed I touch until it came through to our new card as she had assured us it would.

I really can’t fault the customer service received from Villa Finder.

Villa finder has been very prompt with their reply and communication on whatsapp. Sofi from villa finder was constantly in touch with me throughout the trip and was concerned if there had been any issues.

Very responsive throughout the booking process and including extras. Arranged pickup and food for our arrival. Altogether a good experience.

To be honest I was very sceptical at first, because the offer on Villa Finder was a lot cheaper than on other sites. However the booking process went very smooth and the team from villa finder was super helpful and always answered to any of my E-Mails promptly and very professionally. I totally recommend their services, they made our trip a treat! The villa turned out to be amazing, we would love to go back one day.

Great villa close to beach, gyms and cafes.
The services of the villa are great however motorbikes will make it easier to get around.
Would definitely stay again.

At first I was sceptical and hesitant but bali villa finder helped me find the most perfect villa in the heart of Seminyak.
From the start they were so helpful and provided me with so many options and services through the whole process.
You can not go wrong using them and I will be using them again.

Booked with Villa Finder after another (well known) travel provider let us down cancelling our booking last minute! Villa finder were amazing from the get go… offering us a good option! And from there on their service was exceptional, they restored my confidence and were available with every question and activity. They even helped ensure there were cold drinks in the fridge for our evening arrival! Would highly recommend for your next Villa booking.

The team at villa finder and concierge team at Villa Makasih, were amazing. The Villa was cleaned everyday and everything you need was there. It’s a short walk to everything and quiet down a side street/alley.

This was my first reservation with Villa Finder and I had a really great experience. I would advice everyone who wants to rent a Holiday house to get in touch with this fantastic society.

We are staying at the beautiful Villa Hibiscus in Sanur. We are a family of 5 and each of our 3 children have their own amazing rooms. The pool has been great for them and plenty of room to relax on the day beds etc.

We have been well looked after by Fempi and a female staff member who have been outstanding at making our stay lovely. We have ordered breakfast most days and they will charge the cost of the shipping which is normally around $25 Aus to feed a family of 5 with different options such as pancakes, American style breakfast and omelettes. Definitely recommend you doing this.

We are very close to various cafes as well as the beach which has a lovely path for walking. Rest of Bali seems quite hectic compared to Sanur.

If you want a luxurious place in Sanur where you can go back and relax doing what you want then this is an excellent choice.

Still have 4 days left after being here 6 and so glad we booked for ten nights.

Every part of our stay has been perfect ❤️ Ketut is so lovely, very soft kind lady, we all love her - gardening man also very friendly (all staff have made our stay pleasant). The Villa itself has a very big WOW factor so beautiful beyond words, we would all definitely recommend to our friends and family. Bali weather has been great sunshine everyday with lovely temperatures.
