For effort and communication- 6 stars out of 5! Amazing. Villa Finder staff are responsive and helpful, and our two villa managers were amazing.

But the actual experience wasn't entirely value for money. Villa is a bit tired versus the price, and given the rain, hard to keep everything clean. Things like no dishwasher in the kitchen meant handwashing which is a fast path to people getting sick!

I’d never used Villa Finder before so I was a little weary however our experience with Villa finder was extremely positive. There is a 24hour phone number to contact them if you should need to and the staff were super lovely, and reliable. Response time to questions was super fast and the price we paid for the service we received was awesome!

I wanted to book villa while wanted to visit Bali and check why some many people are striving to get there. Used this website for checking the hotels, villas or everything else that was available for a week on those dates I needed.
Yeah I did everything without any hassle, it was easy to pick a good villa, but it only seemed to be good.
In fact wehn I arrived it was dirty and there were lots of exotic insects which i am afraid of. The vacation was almost ruined, if only the staff interfered and helped me.

Great getaway for our two family groups, total 8 people. We stayed at Villa Sanook from December 28 to January 4. The villa was cleaned daily, there is plenty room to relax, quite spacious, and private. Aircon in every room work great and much needed for the humid weather. Water filter with hot and cold, fully functional kitchen, cooked some of our own meals and had villa staff cook breakfast as well which was yummy and nice to wake up to for a bit of a treat. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating to our requests. We needed a birthday cake, our laundry done, in-house massage and they organised it all no problem at all.

The location was at the end of a long driveway which can get tiring after a while but a good way to get your steps up or just hire a scooter if you drive, easy and quicker way to get around, circle K (convenience store) on the corner, Seminyak’s shops and beach not to far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the villa staff, we appreciate you.

The villa was disappointing in several aspects. The cleanliness was subpar, and the air conditioning in the rooms was inadequate for the space. There were no fans in the kitchen, making it very uncomfortable to stand there in hot weather. The living room had only a very small table fan, which did not provide sufficient cooling, making it hard to sit and relax.

The staff service was also below expectations. We were not informed in advance that staff would be unavailable on Sundays, which caused inconvenience. Despite making a special request for the pool to be cleaned before our arrival, it was in a messy state and was only cleaned after we insisted. Additionally, there was no welcome drink provided, which is usually a standard gesture in such accommodations.

Overall, I would recommend considering other villas for a better experience.

From the first moment i walked into the Villa , i felt immediately calm and safe , as well as extremely happy. It was like a sanctuary away from the hustle of peak Bali

Great hospitality, Staff and a beautiful, spacious villa reflecting balinese culture. We ahve stayed at this villa for about 3 nights. The firangipani plants and the grernary around makes the villa look heavenly. The staff helped us with a lot of additional requests. They took care of our laundry, brought us a lot of delicious local mangoes and made whatever we needed for breakfast. Oh not to forget the early morning Balinese coffe offered to us by the property caretaker. Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommended.

Villa Yenian was truly amazing. My friends and I had the best time. The rooms were spacious and super clean. We also really enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Down the road from the villa there's a restaurant called Nori and the pizza was so good! And La Pan Nam Spa is also closely which was lovely for massages and so cheap. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to come back someday.

We spent five magnificent nights at Villa Kipas in Sengiggi, Lombok (our first time in Indonesia). The service provided by the staff at Villa Finder from first interaction was exceptional. They confirmed the booking quickly, sent through important information about booking transfers and sight seeing and responded to my many questions promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in coming to stay in this beuatiful part of the world. Special shout out to Emily and Sari for all of their assistance. Also, the staff at Villa Kipas itself were wonderful, warm and welcoming.

We had a great stay at Villa Moana. Dee was so accommodating and was able to organise anything for us from groceries, massages, beauty treatments, laundry and drivers. We wanted a relaxing holiday so spent most of our days lazing by the pool and enjoying the restaurants nearby. The villa is in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to La Brisa and other beach clubs plus some really nice shops. We really liked that the area wasn't as busy as Seminyak and we could really relax. Rakha and the team at Villa Finder were also really accommodating with all our requests when we made the booking - we will definitely look at booking another Villa Finder villa for our next holiday. Thank you!

I have had various experiences with Villa Finder over more a decade, many of the times with Jolien Keulen. She is wonderful. She truly understands what my family and I need and want each occasion, suggests many villa options and once we finalise one, follows up high level of professionalism. We have had memorable villa vacations with Villa Finder in Bali (multiple times), Phuket and Galle.

Villa Finder was very responsive to our requests and queries. They gave us relevant information to help us make our decision to book the villa, including photos and reels of the bedrooms at the place. It gave us the confidence that the place was what we were looking for. Thanks to Wishnu who worked with us at the time of us making the reservation and especially to Sari who was most helpful in finalising our stay. We very much appreciated her approach including coming out to the villa to check that everything was fine and even bringing us a cake for my birthday!
