Great products

Great products, well packaged, fast delivery. I especially like the fact that they don’t use artificial sweeteners. Really happy with the customer service as well.

Damaged Sardines Jars

I orderded 9 Sardines in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil ⁠, it came in time but i realized that there was a leak at the bottom of the box, and the packaging was very poor. Some of the jars were damaged. But the quality and the taste was very good. The customer service contacted me after my first message on trust pilot so I wanted to edit it.

I’m really disappointed with the amount…

I’m really disappointed with the amount missing from the hummus jar. I received the package today and the jar was still sealed, but it looks like there is around a 20g shortfall. This is not what I expected when buying a sealed product. I understand small variations can happen, but this feels noticeable and unfair for the price paid. I hope better quality control can be ensured in the future.

Amazing clean product

Amazing clean product I like how the protein powder has no aftertaste and it tastes nice and pure and even the granola taste is amazing and very crunchy will absolutely buy again!

So disappointed.

I’m very disappointed with my first experience ordering from Vilgain.

My order was blocked due to a courier note prompted by their own website — something completely out of my control. After contacting support, I received an apology but no clear delivery timeline.

I escalated the issue to the head of customer service, Alexandra, who acknowledged it was their mistake and offered a voucher. This felt like a poor substitute for a proper resolution, especially as my order arrived three days late with no accountability.

When it finally arrived, the milkshakes were spilled, leaking, and the remaining ones tasted awful.

Overall, I had to chase updates, received no proactive communication, and ended up with damaged products I couldn’t get a refund for. A very frustrating first experience — I won’t be ordering again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the experience you’ve had.

Your order was due on Thursday, but arrived on Saturday, also due to courier delays over the Easter period. Once an order has been handed to the courier, we’re unfortunately unable to influence delivery. However, we did ensure it was delivered as soon as possible, including over the weekend.

We were not made aware of any damage prior to this. We’re sorry to hear some items arrived in poor condition. We’ll be in touch directly to resolve this and arrange a refund for the affected items.
