Misleading. Not from British dairy farms
The grass-fed protein supplements were sold to me as Whey Protein from British cows. I then look at the packaging and see it is from either the UK, NL or NZ. That's somewhat misleading and I am very disappointed as I was willing to pay the extra this company demands to support our dairy industry. The protein tastes ok but the mis-selling is terrible and would avoid based purely on this.

We strive to be fully transparent about our sourcing. However, there was an error on the website which may have suggested the whey was exclusively from British cows. This is now being corrected.
To clarify, our whey protein is sourced from grass-fed cows, with milk originating from the UK, the Netherlands, or New Zealand.

Excellent products that actually don't…
Excellent products that actually don't have any crap in them. Vilgain is really pushing the boundaries of true health foods to a new level. A level that all food retailers should aspire to reach. It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for and through Vilgain I've discovered that you really can have your cake and eat it too.

Delivery never arrived
Delivery never arrived - when I emailed them about this they send an affidavit demanding it to be signed! It's quite something calling a customer a liar but they also have absolutely no legal ground at all. I actually work in Nutrition and will not be using this business again.
Incredibly awful service. Have reported them to my AMEX and also Trading Standards.

When a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received, we are required to follow a formal claims process. The affidavit is a standard document requested by carriers so they can investigate the case and take responsibility where appropriate. This is a procedural step and not a reflection of trust.
