Very poor experience

I have a very bad experience with Vidmuse, as I provide photos of the main charactzer who nis in his late 40s, but the AI generates visuals of an older 70s man. When I try to get support, I get straneg answers that they have a technical issue, but no one solves it! It seems like a scam to me to just have video producers pump more money into credits and in the end get erroneous results!

Not perfect but powerful and good value.

Vidmuse is far from perfect but the Pro plan does let you get some stunning results. It will get things wrong but if you're very clear with the AI builder it's capable of delivering really good music videos.

I recommend don't edit your video with it once done, use another product as it will push the video out if sync. I also recommend you tell it not to generate text as engines like Kling v2 will try and fail.

In custom you can keep costs down by picking the engines, and ensure you like your shot list before you let it do the video.

Most others want your money right away but at least Vidmuse gives you some free credits to try a short video. Try it, be patient (takes a while to do things but it does them) and be very specific.

Even though it says use a PC I've made good videos on my phone. I prefer to start, do other things, check the phone every 5 mins or so and tell it to proceed or tell it I want changes. Rinse, repeat. I don't wait on it as it can take a while but the AI is pulling together some amazing results at times.

I've tried them all and Vidmuse has produced the best results for me, even if it won't always get it right and it will burn some credits sometimes. However with a song, some photos and a brief story your clip can be done with zero fuss. Great potential and I intend to persevere with it.

Improvements? It needs to protect the clip when you replace a segment that went wrong. Otherwise the lip sync is pushed out later in the clip. This is why I say don't edit unless you're replacing a clip near the end. Even then it's not recommended. Always export your video first before you try anything.

Remember, sometimes the engines the AI is wrangling don't do as they're told, so a bad segment isn't always the AI's fault.

One day I hope I can feed the AI a feature screenplay of mine but until then, more music videos await.

They nuked my project

They nuked my project, erased everything. project cost over 3000 credits, when informed they offered 1500 credits so I could recreate my video..not sure how that is even possible

🚨 URGENT - No Response After 72+ Business Hours / A lot of people don't have any response. Don't use this website.

I submitted feedback tickets 72+ hours ago with no response and need urgent assistance.

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I paid for TWO complete replanning cycles (~8,000 credits total) due to REPEATED SYSTEM ERRORS, not user changes.

BOTH times, I explicitly validated the script/synchronization BEFORE generation. The AI system failed to execute correctly BOTH times.

TOTAL DAMAGE:
- ~8,000 credits spent
- Unusable deliverable
- 72+ hours waiting for support response for now - but a lot of people waited for so many time without any answer at all.

REQUEST:
Full credit refund OR free technical intervention to manually correct the project without additional charges.

I have screenshots documenting all issues. Please escalate this case urgently.

Poor quality and no service. Rip off

Poor quality, lots of errors when generating video - high cost - and no customer service why so ever. They don’t respond. So you’re basically throwing money (credits) out of the window. Stay away from this unreliable scam

They already had all the information of course - submitted exactly they way they ask below - but besides the promises below they haven’t done anything but REMOViNG credits - that’s right - stealing credits.

WHERE I BELONG

My video was an original duet (male & female). They had the voices messed up. Female shown singing male parts and male shown singing female parts. AI tried several times to correct it (using my credits and charging me for more credits) The AI chat told that there was a glitch and a HUMAN would contact me within 48 hours to correct the issues.. 7 days later, I still haven't received any word. I will be cancelling my subscription and reporting the charges to my bank, They need to get their ACT together!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!! Debbie Laux Cerkoski

The system always goes into error before completing thiers no education version for anyone to learn how to use it they want you to pay to produce with it incredibly long proccess and when you do pay it deducts for things like analysing charges for image creation if a scene generation is wrong its another lot of cost to generate a new one.

Misleading “Free” Claim and Bait-and-Switch Pricing

I started creating a video on Vidmuse after seeing repeated claims that you could create a video for free. The platform allowed me to begin the process, upload content, and generate part of the video. However, once the video creation was already underway, I was suddenly required to pay in order to continue or access the result.

This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The service is not truly free in any meaningful sense if payment is required only after a user has already invested time and effort into creating a video. That is a material detail that should be made clear upfront, not revealed mid-process.

If Vidmuse requires payment to actually complete or download a video, that should be stated plainly before the creation process begins. Allowing users to believe they can create a video for free, only to stop them midway and demand payment, is misleading and unethical.

I would not have started the process if the pricing had been transparent from the beginning. I hope Vidmuse revises its advertising and onboarding to be honest and clear about costs.

Nada recomendado, soporte no existe. Nadie soluciona nada mientras que cobran créditos para un video que nunca se finaliza, por lo mal que funciona el sistema.
Mi experiencia con VidMuse: 6+ días esperando y 40€ gastados sin resultado

Quiero compartir mi experiencia REAL con VidMuse para que otros usuarios tomen una decisión informada.

Lo que intenté hacer: Crear un video musical (MV) de concienciación social sobre paz, guerra, pobreza e inmigración. Tenía mi canción de Hip-Hop en español (3:42) y quería crear un video profesional.

Día 1-2: Proceso de creación

El sistema generó 47 tomas (escenas)
El proceso fue largo pero funcionó
PROBLEMA: El video resultante duraba 3:15, no 3:42 (se cortaba antes que la canción)
Día 2: Pago adicional

El AI me dijo que faltaban créditos para completar
Pagé 40€ (4,000 créditos) específicamente para terminar el video
Se suponía que solo faltaban ~6 tomas más
Día 3-6+: Pesadilla sin fin

El sistema no pudo añadir las tomas faltantes (bugs técnicos)
El AI admitió que no podía resolverlo técnicamente
Me prometió que soporte me contactaría URGENTEMENTE
6+ DÍAS DESPUÉS: CERO RESPUESTA
El colmo:

Mientras esperaba respuesta, el sistema BORRÓ las 47 tomas que ya tenía
Ahora el video descargado es solo pantalla negra
He enviado 3 reportes urgentes: ninguna respuesta
Resultado actual:

❌ No tengo video terminado
❌ Gasté 40€
❌ Invertí horas de trabajo
❌ Soporte completamente ausente
¿Recomiendo VidMuse? NO, al menos no en su estado actual. Si todo funciona perfectamente, puede que sea útil. Pero si algo sale mal (que pasará), no hay nadie que te ayude.

Actualización: Si VidMuse finalmente responde y soluciona esto, actualizaré esta reseña.

Too many unforced errors

Today I tried to create an animated video for a song using images. The application seemed interesting and promised a professional result. I tried to give specific instructions, but the system made a lot of unnecessary errors due to poor design. Unfortunately, the process took hours, and the error messages were repetitive and overly simplistic. Many of the generated images didn’t resemble the originals at all. I asked what I should do with them, and the system recommended deleting them, but that resulted in a shorter video because there weren’t enough images. When I tried to generate more, the system said I didn’t have enough credits, so I had to buy more a couple of times. I started to suspect that the errors might be designed, in some way, to push users into buying more credits just to finish a project.

In my case, the system ultimately failed to complete the shots for a 3:08-minute song and only offered a partial version of 2:39. In short, after about six hours, I was very frustrated.
