They are well-documented probabilistic limitations of current state-of-the-art Video Diffusion Models. Even the most advanced models in the industry (such as Veo and Kling) currently face inherent challenges in temporal consistency and precise spatial instruction following at a granular level. The AI Agent executes based on these models, and a "failed" shot due to aesthetic or detail-level drift is part of the experimental nature of AI creation.

Die Software erfüllt die Anforderungen sowie die in der Werbung versprochenen Ergebnisse nicht. Ich habe mehrere Projekte mit verschiedensten Ansätzen versucht. In dem Augenblick wenn die KI Korrekturen anbringen muss kann man jedes Projekt einstellen. Wir reden hier nicht von der Qualität sondern, dass die KI keines der Videos zufriedenstellend beenden hat (weder Bildschnitt noch Ton, Voiceover, Lipsync) was im Endeffekt nur Credits kostet (Auch hier wurden mir Fehler und Korrekturen immer wieder berechnet)Wenn man Produzent ist und die Möglichkeit hat, die erzeugten Daten selber zusammen zusetzten, ist das Ergebnis professionell zu gebrauchen. Allerdings ist eine aufwendige Nacharbeit notwendig. Ich werde nun einen letzten Versuch starten um ein (fast) professionelles Erbenis für ein komplexes Musik-Video zu erstellen. Danach werde ich entscheiden ob eine andere Ki nicht bessere Ergebnisse für meinen Bedarf erziehlt. Werbung ist eins, aber Vidmuse muss schnellstmöglich nachlegen, da sonst die Kunden abspringen und die Finanzen rasant schnell schrumpfen. Der Ansatz ist sehr positiv und auch die Kommunikation mit der KI ist lobenswert zu nennen. Doch reicht das??

I had a very disappointing experience with VidMuse AI.
Customer support is essentially non-existent. I reached out multiple times regarding issues with the platform and never received a response. For a paid service, especially one that encourages upfront annual subscriptions, this lack of support is unacceptable.
The credit system is also extremely frustrating and lacks transparency. Credits are consumed quickly, even when the AI makes mistakes. In my case, the generated video included random foreign characters that I did not request, and I was expected to spend additional credits just to fix an error caused by their system. Credits were not refunded for these issues.
I paid for a full year in advance to save money, but after these problems, I requested a refund and have still received no response.
Overall, the platform feels unreliable, and the lack of accountability makes it difficult to recommend. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before committing financially.

Una herramienta que podría funcionar muy bien si no fuera porque el servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente. La IA se bloquea frecuentemente, admite su error y te dice que contactes con atención al cliente para que te reembolsen los créditos, pero jamás de responden. Me parece denunciable.

I do not want to give even one star. I spent the entire afternoon trying to use this, but it was extremely slow, and I couldn’t generate the video properly. Even though the payment was taken, I still cannot view the video.

I experienced a verifiable system bug where Scene 1 was erroneously duplicated onto Scenes 12 and 17, generating completely incorrect content. This is not an "AI model limitation" - it's an objective software malfunction.
Additionally, systematic repeated errors despite explicit corrections:
Elevated outdoor locations: 4 occurrences (ground level specified)
Solo dancers: 4 occurrences (couple dance specified)
Wrong musical instrument: 3 occurrences
Financial Impact: ~1,500-2,000 credits wasted (50% of my budget) on verifiable system errors.
Customer Support Experience:
March 7th, 2026: Ticket submitted with complete documentation
Promise: Response within 3 working days (deadline: March 12th)
March 16th: First follow-up (6 working days, zero response)
March 20th: Second follow-up with 24-hour ultimatum
TODAY (March 21st): 14 days later - ABSOLUTE ZERO COMMUNICATION
Even after a formal ultimatum with concrete legal action warnings, they chose complete silence.
Conclusion:
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a paid professional platform. System bugs combined with non-existent support make this unreliable for any serious work.

The AI promises big, but is less than transparent about the process and cost. was making a project on a free account and it said that it was going to take an additional 3000 credits, and then only after paying for a subscription it ballooned to over 10000 credits when no changes to the project were made, meaning that I would have had to pay an additional $100 USD for a single video. Support is non-existent, and the company now says "no-refunds" based on the lack of transparency, lying of the AI, I will be going through my bank for a refund as this is literally misleading a customer at best and outright fraud at worst.

Don't even bother using this, you will lose your money
I have never used any AI, but decided maybe I should try to keep up with my YouTube Channel by making intro and outro videos to gain more subscribers. I didn't even get through the intro. Scenes that were clearly written on what was wanted or what was supposed to happen, were missing. Props missing, locations, wrong. I had 6500 credits and now down to 700-800 and all for the final product to be a 67 second video with the voice overs missing, the music way too loud to where it drowned out the VFX and the SFX so that you couldn't hear anything but the bg music. The music I uploaded was too loud with no way for the VFX/SFX to be heard. I spent $30 to try and make a decent intro and outro video for my channel. I still haven't made one video. I spent all of my credits the first time trying to fix missing props because it screwed all of my video and made me pay to fix it's screw ups. I asked the AI what I should do after wasting another $30 on the same bullshit, the response was I can spend more credits to have them try to fix what they had repeatedly screwed up for the umpteenth time, or I can download the unfinished video and do it myself somewhere else. I lost $60 that I didn't even really have to try this out and got almost nothing. I did end up getting the AI to repeatedly ask me to if I wanted to try and fix it by spending more credits based off it's own screw ups. Also, I noticed most of the responses from VidMuse on here, had 0 empathy on the fact their site is screwing people over out of hundreds of dollars and using lingo that would subtly imply it's the users fault and not their shitty AI and poorly built website that's the problem. Nobody wants you looking at their logs for you to tell them how they should spend there credits better when they have already lost enough because of your website. If they don't like it and lost that much money on your website how about apologize, ask how YOU can do better, then refund them the money if they haven't downloaded anything, which you can see in your logs for their account that you were so adamant about looking at so you can see where you can try and blame them for you stealing their money from them on a product that doesn't work...clearly.

The support AI helps you with creating your video, and others to let you either fully utilize or conserve your credits as you continue to develop your video. I enjoyed adding it to my Repertoire after already getting to play with Suno AI and ReVid AI. VidMuse AI is a worthwhile addition

I lost the will to live waiting on story boards and other guff.. got prompted to prescribe to a 7 day free trial before the 30 sec video was complete .. no thanks ..and when I seen the sample video I was not impressed at all ..so i worked out that my song would have used 10000 credits ? Hello, I have used Vidmuse for 4 videos so far. Of course, there are still errors that can end up being quite costly. But now the Support don't answere or Help if you need them if you send a Feedback Message nothing Happen... I have stop my Membership Say Thanks to Kaka and Oooops.

The output quality is strong
The output quality is strong — better than most platforms I’ve tested — and when it works, the final product can be impressive. That said, it is pricey, and the system can burn through credits quickly, especially when you’re fixing internal issues you’d expect to be covered.
I’ve also run into technical glitches. One project cost me around 2k credits, and support only restored 500. I don’t want to discourage anyone from using the platform, because the results can be excellent, but it’s important to know that some projects may require extra steps or workarounds to get the outcome you want.
A few of my attempts were abandoned entirely because the generation kept drifting away from the direction I needed. So yes — there are technical issues. But if you’re intentional with your prompting and willing to push through the bumps, you can still end up with something genuinely golden.

Don't even bother wasting your time or money. There's no transparency on how credits are used and even when their AI messes up and you have to make adjustments it's still charges you credits cost me over 10,000 credits to create a 3 minute video absolutely ridiculous. Stay away stay very far away

Each correction of the story board the AI change the characters to make you adjust as many time as possible to spend your credits.

Well it's very expensive mistake
Well it's very expensice but I liked the results, on the 3rd video which ended up costing well over 200 dolars to make the system had a bunch of errors replacing sample images with it's own and deleting a bunch which had been generated, this ended up making the video shorter and incoherent. This was due to multiple errors according to the assistant AI. I requested a refund so did the AI. I never got a refund and they deleted all the video schemes I had generated at great cost so when I asked the AI if we could try and recover the project we discovered everything had been deleted so I ended up loosing a few hundred dolars

I lost $600 today. Yes, I blame myself. I managed to get 1 medium video, but other attempts were very costly and produce nothing useful. I was seduced to register to this service. But it simply does not do what it promises. The problem is especially acute with persona and lip synching. It's quite awful. It took me ONE DAY to understand that I was duped. This software is not ready yet for service and it sold with may promises but underwhelming result. They use expensive credits and I lost $200 trying to generate one video - unsuccessfully. They charged me an annual $400 in advance. Honestly I feel like a fool. These people should be out of business.

They keep billing after I canceled my account.
I created a video for an event and then canceled my subscription as I only needed it for that one project. They have continued to bill me even though I sent then emails to stop billing me. I even deleted my account and again I am being billed the subscription fee. It seems impossible to call the company, and there is no evidence they receive or read emails. My recommendation is to avoid them at all cost.
