After having a booking changed
After having a booking changed, we were at home but whilst having a door bell that worked at 5.30 pm, we had to spend another afternoon, also the porch door was unlocked and TV on where we were. The engineer was extremely pleasant and informative and handled his role professionally. Thank you for the assurance.

I received my EPC assessment for my home free as a member of Skipton Building Society which was a lovely bonus. The assessor was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. She did her assessment quickly and explained what was going on. The EPC certificate was in online to view within 24 hours. Very impressed with the service and would recommend.

i am a property landlord with 30…
i am a property landlord with 30 properties and wanted to upgrade my EPC'S on the portfolio to a "C" or above .
I dealt with MANI from vibrant and he really has been 100% , he has advised on how i can get each property to a "C" with manor adjustments if possible and the properties which we could not get to the required level has supplied qoutes for solar panels ,cavity wall , where required at cost effective prices which i plan to proceed with .
It generally has been stress free dealing with Mani and i could not recommend him more strongly to any landlord wishing to do the same .

Assessor was helpful, informative and thorough.
EPC was available to view online and had been updated on the government website the day after inspection.

The person who came over to complete…
The person who came over to complete the EPC was not welcoming, very blunt and not happy. I tried to make conversation with him and have a little laugh and so did my dad and he just was very blunt and did not make conversation back. Not very welcoming. Made things very awkward.
