J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures Vibram, mais malheureusement la taille ne me convient pas. J’essaie depuis de faire un retour, mais je n’ai aucune réponse du service client.
Le délai de retour étant de seulement 14 jours, je trouve cela particulièrement frustrant de devoir attendre sans aucune assistance, au risque de dépasser le délai. Je souhaite simplement retourner une paire de chaussures qui n’est pas à ma taille et obtenir mon remboursement.
Je trouve la procédure de retour inutilement compliquée et le manque de réactivité du service client vraiment décevant. Je m’attendais à un meilleur service de la part de Vibram.

I really really like these shoes!!
My initial pair of Vibram shoes were fabulous. I bought 2 more pairs. I am very happy with them. My feet are happy with them. I also bought 6 pairs of socks and I like them better than the socks I normally wear. The sizing is spot on for me so I have had a great experience using the website. I highly recommend the brand.

Exact product as advertised. Unbelievably very comfortable, Toe sizes are a little long so hopefully some good socks will take up some of that room. Overall highly recommended!

Der Versand ist bis dato nicht vollzogen, das Paket hängt in einem Frachtzentrum fest; Diskrepanz mit der Empfängeradresse. Das Gute, mein Geld erhielt ich bereits wieder zurück. Doch hätte ich das Produkt sehr gerne gehabt, vor allem, da ich noch einen Preisnachlaß von 40% erhielt (Aktion). Ich schrieb direkt den Versandpartner an, nun warte ich. Es wäre schön, könnte man in solchen Fällen eine Korrektur der Adresse einfach in die Wege leiten. Pannen passieren immer mal wieder.

2nd achat de 5 fingers Vibram, après 4 ans d'utilisation des 1er pour du running. Je recommande vivement ces chaussures de running minimalistes pour leur confort, leur aptitude à me reconnecter à mes sensations corporelles lors de mes runs, leur fiabilité. J'adore la sensation de courir comme si j'étais presque nu pied. En 4 ans, je ne me suis jamais blessée avec mes V-Alpha. Je rachète les mêmes !

Awesome product! They fit very well, they feel great. I wear them for weight lifting and they make a tangible difference in how my feet interact with the floor when lifting heavy.

Confusing
I find the website to be very confusing. This is true for the UI of the site as well as for the wide range of products that are poorly differentiated, the discontinued products, the free shipping minimum, etc.
It is a larger issue when trying to buy your shoes in general. Third party retailers/resellers will often only carry one or several sizes, not the full range.
The products are also very expensive, given it is a stripped down shoe. 130-170 can buy almost any running shoe.
I do like the product. They are the best treadmill shoe that I have ever tried, which is why I go through the hassle of buying them.
