Ho contattato anche il servizio clienti post noleggio per informazioni sullo sblocco del deposito sulla carta di credito e mi hanno risposto in maniera veloce ed esaustiva. (Nolleggio avvenuto presso l'aereoporto di Catania ad Agosto)

Guaranteed scam. They don't give you the right car, rip you off with “comfort packages,” refuse all communication and explanations. We had to pay a fortune for a dent that wasn't there when we returned the car.

per our T&C "During Check-out (exit of the vehicle for rental), all damage already present on the vehicle will be listed in the specific Check-Out Form. The Customer is obliged to carefully check the information reported in the aforementioned form, verifying that there are no errors and reporting any discrepancies detected by the operators before leaving the branch with the vehicle. In the absence of reporting by the Customer of errors in the detection upon delivery of the vehicle, all damage detected upon return of the vehicle and not reported in the Check-out form are considered to have been caused during the rental period."

Misleading Practices and Lack of Accountability :Be aware of the farudster techniques
Avoid Viaggiare Rent
I booked a vehicle through the Flexi website (Booking Reference: CF0A6859) expecting a smooth process and the category I paid for. Instead, I faced a long wait at Palermo Airport, only to be handed a car from a completely different class—without explanation or compensation.
The agent failed to document pre-existing damages that I had responsibly photographed and shared via WhatsApp immediately. Despite my efforts, no one responded to confirm receipt or provide the correct WhatsApp contact, leaving my documentation unacknowledged.
Most concerning was the return process. At the agreed time and location, no agent was present to inspect or receive the vehicle. This absence of proper contractual protocol is now being exploited to fabricate damage claims that did not exist when I handed over the car. I have timestamped photo evidence to support this.
This experience reflects a troubling lack of professionalism and accountability from both Viaggiare Rent and the Flexi booking platform. I urge others to exercise extreme caution when booking through Flexi or dealing with their partner agencies. Transparency and integrity should be non-negotiable—unfortunately, neither were present here.

Incomprehensible communication and an extra charge/insurance, which we allready had, just to collect the car.
After returning it, we were charged 600 euros, which they later admitted was a mistake

esperienza positiva
Ad essere sincero sono rimasto sorpreso quando mi hanno detto che l'auto che mi avevano riservato era una Mahindra perché non mi sarei mai aspettato un auto di quella marca. Devo dire però, la macchina nella sua semplicità ha svolto egregiamente il suo dovere. È un'utilitaria con pretese di piccolo SUV.L'unico inconveniente, se così si può dire, ma solamente perché non conoscevo la procedura, è stato l'estrazione della chiave di accensione una volta spento il motore. Per il resto non ho ho nient'altro da segnalare
