Well constructed and comfortable slippers
The slippers that I brought from V.Gan are well constructed and comfortable to wear. I like the vegan nature of the products and their use of eco friendly materials. The slippers were dispatched soon after I placed the order and the shipping time was quick.

Great walking boots
Great walking boots, very comfortable but as someone else has mentioned, I am normally size 11 but went for the 11 1/2 and they are perfect.
Really well made and looking forward to many more miles of walking.

customs fees
This shipped from the UK and I live in Ireland which is next door and got charged a hefty €18 customs fee which is honestly ridiculous. I had payed over €50 for the product itself which had said taxes and fees included at the checkout and I had paid an additional €4 shipping fee already. Please cover ALL of your customers shipping costs or at least be more transparent and inform them that fees are in fact not included here.

Hi Grace, I really appreciate your review. Last week we made a change. All EU and US prices now include all duties. Shipping costs are still the customers to bear, however all orders over 75e and $75 will now be free.

Inconsistent Sizing
I wear a size 7 and have other sandals and boots from V.gan in a 7 that fit perfectly. Unfortunately these sandals run much smaller. Inconsistent sizing is really annoying and puts me off ordering again.

Bought a pair of men Taro Footbed last week on sale first time last week. Arrived on time. Very comfortable to wear. Well made. Quality material. Far better than some branded plastic crocs in my opinion. Stylish. Good communication from the company. Recommend wether you are vegan or not.
