I was very impressed with the professional service I received refinancing my loan with Brent Martin and Lois Martin. They both were able to work in a very tight time frame to get me the the interest rate I wanted and close in 20 days from start to finish. They were helpful in answering all questions and scheduling the closing with the title agent around my work schedule. I was a little leery of handling most all of the loan electronically as this process was new to me. They were accommodating and always responded quickly via email or text. Would highly recommend them in the future for a refinance.

My refinance only took a little over 5 weeks to complete, primarily due the work of my loan officer - Brent Martin. Brent help me through the process and kept me informed of the status of the loan request. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.

The service my wife and I received from our associates, Amber and Abigail was outstanding. They had quick and solid answers to every question, and responded to every inquiry in a quick and efficient manner. When a difficulty did arise, they had logical explanations, and provided solutions that were understandable. As stated, the associates that we dealt with were professional and a pleasure to work with. Personally, I have some problems with the groundwork of the overall organization in as much as I felt completely mislead by the advertising on TV. that stated these loans could be finalized with no appraisal or out of pocket costs. This was not true, and once explained by the competent associates, somewhat acceptable. Overall we give our experience with the folks that led us through the steps to attain our refinance was above reproach and enjoyable - a true five star plus performance by Abigail and Amber. I am bothered about the things that were beyond their control.

With times the way they are (pandemic), we were able to refinance with Veterans Loan in a reasonable time frame. The staff (Keeley Duncan and Jessie Latham) were incredible, keeping us informed on a daily/weekly bases of requirements. All the paperwork, information gathering, and phone calls involved, normally create a stressful environment. That did not seem true with our experience with Veterans Loan.

I'll contact them again for future home buying or refinancing and will definitely recommend them to other veterans.

I had the pleasure to deal with Katy Via and Zach as my loan officers on my refinance. They both were very knowledgeable and very helpful in the dealings of my loan. I have a very busy schedule that they worked around to make this loan as easy at it could be for me.
