What an amazing experience, there was open communication that was fast!! Every other company was 120-160 days to close, we closed ours in just over 30 days!!! No gimmicks, no hoops to jump through, just simple honest folks treating vets right!!!

My husband and I purchased our first home and Lois and Britney made the process easy as could be! We had issues with builders and realtor and Lois and Britney stuck through with us during it all! Amazing service!

1st time home owner, Brent and Lois took very good care of me. I got the best rate and assistance through out the process. I would recommend them to anyone buying their first home!!

Pleasant to work with and will go above and beyond for you. Also very knowledgeable regarding the complexities of loans and loan types.

Brent Martin and Lois Martin were both extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and made the home buying process pleasant. I would absolutely recommend both Brent Martin and Lois Martin!

Brent and Lois were excellent to work with. They made the entire process so easy and positive. They answered our numerous questions and even our Realtor was impressed with how smoothly our VA loan was processed. 100% will use them again in the future.

Brent Martin and Lois Martin did a fantastic job of guiding us through the process. Buying a home can be a time filled with anxiety and stress but they really reassured us with their professionalism and experience. I recommend using Veterans Loans.

Veterans loans is nothing short of a remarkable business. My entire experience was fantastic. My loan offer kept me informed and got me the lowest rate humanly possible. After my new rate i doubt there will ever be a lower rate in the market. If your wanting to refi.... stop looking, you found who you need to do it with!

I spoke with Brent after inquiring about a veterans refinance loan, but was a little skeptical. Then I spoke to a competitor someone recommended and wasn't impressed. So decided to go with my gut feeling and give Brent the opportunity. He said he could do better for me and he certainly did. Brent and Lois Martin were a great team to work with. They were there every step of the way with me. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I made a random inquiry to Veterans Loans after having had terrible customer service with a competitor. Best thing I could have done. Brent and Lois held my hand and communicated with me even more than I expected. This is how a to refinance experience should go down. I had a bit of a challenge after a forbearance but we got the rate and terms as promised.

Our experience with Brittany and Lois was remarkable. Brittany gave us the assurance that the loan would work out and Lois worked with us through the loan transaction process. Her knowledge and, at times sense of humor, gave us the support we needed. An amazing team, we would recommend their company to homebuyers and owners looking to refinance.

Excellent customer service. Lois and Brent kept in constant contact with me during the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone getting a mortgage or a refi.

I worked with Brittney Bailey, my loan officer, and Lois Martin, her transaction coordinator. My situation was not easy, being self-employed, yet today we are closing and it is a big victory! Brittney stuck with me for a couple of years, when I first tried unsuccessfully to do a refi due to my own unique situation, until I was able to get all my ducks in order this year, and we were finally able to make it happen. Brittney and Lois made the whole experience very painless. They were always available to answer my questions, always encouraging, and I felt they constantly had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. I got a great rate on a conventional loan, a smooth and painless transaction, and they were very communicative the whole time. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this team whether you are doing a VA, FHA, Conventional Loan, etc...this team will get you there! This is where years of experience really count...these two gals know their stuff! Thank you so much Brittney and Lois!

I would love to thank the team at Mid Continent for their exceptional work. From beginning to the end they made the process so simple and efficient. Thanks again for all the help.

I am so grateful to Brent and Lois Martin for getting me through the refinancing process, oh so ever promptly, as well as stress-free. They didn't realize how refinancing had been nagging me for a year prior, which truthfully gave me anxiety. Also, I received no kidding, at least 25 letters from potential companies to come on board to refinance; however, I couldn't get it completed. Anyway, I don't even know how or when I came across Brent, but apparently, he did the trick! Now it's done!
Thanks again to Brent and Lois.

I had a great experience refinancing with Abby! She made herself available to answer any and all questions, last-minute panicking, and other concerns. I felt genuinely cared for through the whole process, and came away with a much better rate!

Amazing experience. They treat you as a person not a number like most other loan companies. I had taken out 5 house and refinance loans and this was the best. People are very attentive and listen to your needs. Then they give you the best options and help guide you through the process. I would highly recommend them for everyone.

Lois and Brent are absolutely amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. By far a much better experience than I could have imagined. They were up front and honest about everything and are always available for any questions or issues.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with people who are honest and sincere and genuinely care about homeowners who enter the quagmire of refinancing. I made refinancing inquiries with at least eight other mortgage brokers before deciding to go with Veterans Loans (Mid-Continent). After speaking with Brent, I felt that Veterans Loans was probably a good choice, and it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. Practicing law for 47 years has given me some insight into identifying good people. Lois and Brent worked hard to get the interest rate and terms I wanted, and they were successful! In addition, because I am retired there were issues and extensive underwriting requirements that had to be satisfied before the refinancing was approved. The people at Veterans Loans spent many hours working hard and diligently, conferring with the surveyor, the title company, my financial advisor and various levels of underwriters to make the refinancing seem easy for me. By the time the refinancing process was completed, I felt I had not only accomplished something that was financially beneficial to me, but I had also made new friends. Thank you Lois and Brent and the other people at Veterans who so competently put my refinancing together.
