Jeff, the broker and Oscar, the finance wiz were VERY HELPFULL in completing my refinance request as I am not the most computer capable person and their assistance in obtaining the documents was crucial. Their rates were the best as compared to several others but the service, for me, was what set them apart. My credit score was not the greatest, but Jeff was still able to get me a great rate. We now have a plan to do this again in about as year when the score has improved and the rates settle down and look more favorable. I highly recommend Active Link for their expertise and assistance
