My experience with Active Link for the past several years has been nothing short of excellent! They keep me informed of market conditions that can improve or not improve my current interest rate which saves me time and money! My experience with Active Link Mortgage Inc was nothing less than wonderful. My loan officer Andy Assaf and loan processor Lindsay Smith are the dream team. When you're conducting business strictly over the phone you tend to hesitate when having to disclose personal information. Lindsay and Andy made it less stressful. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I appreciated that. They weren't just two people reading from a teleprompter or script. They were human beings. Lindsay felt like someone I knew for years. She gained my trust. They both made sure I knew what was going on step by step. Needless to say, we closed the deal and I am very happy. I can't thank them enough not just for the loan but because they were real. Thank you guys.
