Great service all around from Alexandra and the team. Alexandra was always on hand to answer questions during the order period of the new car, always keeping me on track to sign my papers, take out insurance, and best of all, make sure I got the best electric car lease deal that I could actually afford with the right level of insurance. Great customer service, great friendly staff. Why order online when going to an actual dealer makes everything hitch-free for such an important financial commitment.

I was after a replacement car after my previous one had a fault with long lead time for parts. I am 6 foot 7 tall and prefer manual so the team identified a couple of possible cars for me and helped me select a suitable vehicle. Great customer service identifying needs and requirements

I found my experience at Virtu to be a really good experience. The sales staff were really helpful not pushy a all.
Tepo and Shamin were the sales men that served me. I can honestly say that they made the whole proses easy explaining each step as we went along.
There were a couple of things with the car I was buying that I wanted corrected, Tepo and Shamin were able to get that sorted for me with no problems.
I have never had such an easy time buying a car before.
I would one hundred percent recommend Virtue especially the sales men Tepo and Shamin.
Tepo took me through the final paper work which was very easy.
The after sales service has been excellent so far with Tepo contacting me regularly making sure that I was happy with the car .

Used Vertu Waltham Cross to buy a Renault Captur.

Initial dealing with Alexandra very good, but then she had to disappear and I was dealing with Sunil (manager), was highly amusing I must say (part of the reason didnt get a lower score was for the comedy value), tried every trick in the book to get me to pay more, insurances I didnt need etc, even plead poverty by saying they weren't going to make any money on the car, ex mobility car so that's not going to happen, bit pushy but nothing a few "fine let's leave it" didnt sort out.

Alexendra delivered the car to me, fantastic person, really easy to deal with, told me everything I needed to know about the new car, no issues with delivery yesterday.

Not had chance to drive it yet as been chaotic at work but I'm happy with the service at Vertu Waltham Cross, did everything over the phone and they offer delivery within 30 miles, perfect for someone who only sees a car as a tool and doesnt really want to see it, test drive etc .

Would I recommend ? Yes for the ease of purchase and the service Alexandra provided.

Excellent experience with Vertu Vauxhall. Shamim, Dave and Tipu were fantastic - very helpful and prompt. Shamim is one of the best salesperson I have met - not pushy at all; was very patient, answered all my queries (there were plenty). I could feel the difference compared to other dealerships and felt I supported rather than being pushed to acquire the vehicle. The car itself was in excellent condition. I liked there personalised touches which included videos of the car as well as the finance product video post-sales. The car was "prepped" to perfection and was immaculately clean (thanks to the valet - regrettably , I couldn't get his name). Great experience over-all and I would like to thank Vertu and the gentlemen mentioned above. A distinctly pleasant experience . Keep it up.

So after many issues with this branch and spending over half hour on the phone to the branch manager I decided to give the garage another go.

Well I wish I never did, my work van was booked in for a battery change and was booked in for 8am.
After waiting for over 7 hours I was told work had not been done and they will not change my battery as the technician now feels he has to see why the battery went flat, I appreciate that but then why leave me sitting there all day waiting like an idiot and not one of the staff contacted me to inform of this and just kept quiet.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by all the staff and just justifies why I get so stressed out with this branch.

It feels due to my last visit and issues with a certain member of staff and yes she was there today they decided this was a way to get back at me and just waste my whole day where I should of been at work as it was a simple battery change.

I am so livid and will never use this garage ever again nor would I recommend them as this branch is like a circus just not very entertaining. Also for not one member of staff to inform me and leave me waiting all day for no reason just shows what clowns they all are. Also while being there for most of the day I witnessed other customers having the wool pulled over their eyes and being provided poor service.

Be warned this garage was good years ago but has declined and really needs a massive shake up and staff to be re trained on customer service as it stinks!

Wouldn’t bother taking your car or buying a car here, the customer service is shocking especially from one person in there who is a lady with the first initial A (Assia I believe). Very bad customer service likes to argue and take people’s money! Had problems before with this horrible company and still having problems this day due to family members using it. She thinks it’s okay to call people up and argue and give horrible looks and make sly comment when people walk in the door! You stressed me out during my pregnancy and I hope you see this!

Safi went above and beyond to help me with my new car , he is so helpful and also a very nice gentleman. Alexandra wax very kind and helpful when I went to collect my car . I would recommend them to anyone very good experience
